بهینهسازی بهرهبرداری از سامانه برق آبی و چند مخزنه با استفاده از الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی
سابقه و هدف: تغییرات آورد رودخانهها، رژیم بارندگی متغییر و همچنین وقوع پدیده خشکسالی باعث گردیده استفاده از ابزارهای مدیریت منابع آب، جهت اخذ یک راهکار مناسب برای بهرهبرداری از مخازن امروزه مورد توجه قرار گیرد. با توجه به محدودیت نداشتن الگوریتمهای تکاملی در پذیرش تابع شایستگی و همچنین احتمال کمتر آنها در قرارگیری در بهینه موضعی، امروزه این الگوریتمها در بهینهسازی مخصوصا در مسائل پیچیده بهرهبرداری منابع آب مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی (GSA) یک الگوریتم تکاملی میباشد که براساس قانون جاذبه نیوتن و جرم اجرام شکل گرفته است. هدف از این پژوهش سنجش قابلیت الگوریتم تکاملی جستجوی گرانشی (GSA) در مقایسه با الگوریتم ژنتیک در حل مسائل ریاضی متداول، بهینهسازی بهرهبرداری از سامانه چند مخزنه و برق آبی میباشد.مواد و روشها:بدین منظور سه مسئله ریاضی بوکین6 ، روزنبروک و اسپیر توسط الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی بهینه گشتهاند و جواب آنها با الگوریتم ژنتیک و جهت صجت سنجی با جواب حل تحلیلی مقایسه شده است. پس از صحت سنجی الگوریتم، بهرهبرداری از سد برق آبی کارون 4 توسط الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی و الگوریتم ژنتیک بهینه گردیده و جواب آنها با جواب حل تحلیلی برنامه-ریزی غیر خطی مسئله که توسط Lingo به دست آمده مقایسه شده است. در نهایت جهت سنجش الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی در بزرگ مقیاس، بهرهبرداری سامانه 10 مخزنه توسط این الگوریتم بهینه گردید و جهت تعیین کارایی آن با نتایج الگوریتم ژنتیک و جواب حل تحلیلی Lp مسئله مقایسه شده است. لازم به ذکر است جهت اطمینان، نتایج بهینهسازی الگوریتمها در 10 اجرا گزارش شدهاند و تعداد ارزیابی تابع در دو الگوریتم مذکور برابر بوده است. یافتهها:نتایج حل مسائل ریاضی نشان دادند که الگوریتم GSA قادر به بهینهسازی شکلهای مختلفی از مسائل است و در سه مسئله بوکین6، روزنبورک و اسپیر هموراه نتایج الگوریتم GSA نزدیکی بیشتری به نتایج حل تحلیلی نسبت به GA داشته است. در حل مسئله بهرهبرداری سد برق آبی، نتایج الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی در حدود 44% و در بهرهبرداری از سامانه 10 مخزنه 8% بهتر از جواب بهینه الگوریتم GA به دست آمده است و نزدیکی بیشتری به جوابهای حل تحلیلی داشته است.نتیجهگیری:نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهنده کارآیی بالای الگوریتم جستجوی گرانشی حل مسائل ریاضی و بهینهسازی بهرهبرداری برق آبی و سامانه 10 مخزنه بوده است. در نهایت به صورت کلی این پژوهش سرعت همگرایی بالای GSA نسبت GA را به نمایش گذاشته است و همواره در تمامی مسائل نتایج الگوریتم GSA نسبت به نتایج GA به بهینه مطلق نزدیکتر بوده است.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی تأثیر توأمان تعریض و نصب صفحات مستغرق در رودخانه بر نحوه انتقال باربستر
چکیدهسابقه و هدف: صفحات مستغرق جهت تثبیت بستر رودخانه، حفاظت سواحل رودخانه، کاهش فرسایش در محل قوس رودخانه، برای جلوگیری از ورود رسوبات بار بستر رودخانه به سازههای آبگیری، اصلاح مقطع رودخانه در مجاورت پایههای پل مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از یک مدل آزمایشگاهی با تغییر پارامترهای مختلف مربوط به صفحات مستغرق، نحوه انتقال بار بستر در بخش تعریض شده مجرا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.مواد و روشها: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر صفحات مستغرق بر نحوه انتقال بار بستر در مقطع تعریض شده مجرا میباشد. به این منظور بخش میانی فلوم، برای ایجاد مقطع تعریض شده (مقطع آزمایشی) در نظر گرفته شد. از ابتدای فلوم به فاصله 7/0 متر با همان عرض اولیه فلوم به عنوان قسمت آرامکننده جریان در نظر گرفته شد. پس از آن، از دو باکس شیشهای به طول 4 متر، عرض 075/0 متر برای کاهش عرض فلوم در بالادست مقطع آزمایشی استفاده گردید. سپس طولی برابر 5/1 متر با همان عرض اولیه فلوم به عنوان مقطع آزمایشی در نظر گرفته شد. از انتهای مقطع آزمایشی تا انتهای فلوم آزمایشگاهی شرایط کانال بالادست تکرار گردید. پس از اتمام آزمایش، میزان پیشروی رسوبات در مقطع آزمایشی ثبت میشود. همچنین پس از اتمام آزمایش، مقطع آزمایشی زهکشی شده و با استفاده از دستگاه متر لیزری، در یک شبکه 3×5، الگوی توزیع رسوبات در مقطع آزمایشی برداشت میشود. در این آزمایشها، ابعاد، زاویه، آرایش و فاصله طولی صفحات مستغرق تغییر و تأثیر آن بر عملکرد صفحات مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافتهها: بررسی تأثیر ابعاد صفحات بر نحوه انتقال بار بستر نشان داد، با افزایش ابعاد صفحات، پارامتر عملکرد صفحات مستغرق نیز افزایش یافته است. به گونهای که با افزایش طول بیبعد از 19/0 به 38/0 در ارتفاع بیبعد 31/0، عملکرد صفحات مستغرق از 10 به 46 درصد افزایش یافته است. با افزایش نسبت طول بیبعد صفحات مستغرق، فاصله عرضی بین صفحات کاهش مییابد و باعث افزایش شعاع تأثیر جریانهای گردابهای میگردد و این باعث حرکت چرخشی رسوبات پیرامون صفحات مستغرق و عدم تشکیل جبهه رسوبی میگردد. این عمل باعث پراکندگی و انباشتگی رسوبات پیرامون صفحه مستغرق شده و سرعت انتقال بار بستر را کاهش میدهد. برای تعیین عملکرد صفحات در آرایشهای مختلف هشت آزمایش انجام شد. پارمتر عملکرد صفحات مستغرق در تمامی آرایشها بیش از صفر بوده که نشان دهنده کاهش سرعت انتقال بار بستر و همچنین کاهش فاصله پیشروی بار بستر در مقطع آزمایشی نسبت به حالت شاهد است. در آرایشهای موازی و زد شکل به دلیل تعداد صفحات بیشتر در ردیف اول و تأثیر جریانهای گردابی صفحات بر یکدیگر باعث کاهش سرعت انتقال رسوبات شده است. بطور کلی پارامتر عملکرد صفحات مستغرق برای این سری از آزمایشها بین 7 تا 25 درصد متغیر میباشد. برای تعیین تأثیر زاویه نصب بر عملکرد صفحات مستغرق، آزمایشها شامل شش زاویه است. نتایج نشان داد، تمامی زوایای نصب دارای عملکرد مثبت میباشند و صفحات مستغرق تحت زاویه 90 درجه نسبت به جریان نزدیک شنده، نسبت به سایر زوایای نصب صفحات مستغرق، بیشترین عملکرد را که برابر 23 درصد بود، نشان دادند. نتیجهگیری: بطور کلی میتوان نتیجه گرفت، نصب صفحات مستغرق در مقطع آزمایشی باعث تغییر در سرعت پیشروی رسوبات و تغییر در الگوی توزیع رسوبات شده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، افزایش ابعاد صفحات مستغرق، باعث کاهش سرعت انتقال رسوبات و افزایش انباشتگی رسوبات پیرامون صفحات ردیف اول شده است. نتایج مربوط به آرایشها نشان داد، در آرایش همگرا با زاویه 30 درجه نسبت به جریان نزدیکشونده، صفحات مستغرق بهترین عملکرد خود را نشان دادند. همچنین، آرایش شطرنجی به دلیل فاصله عرضی نسبتاً زیاد در ردیفهای دوتایی صفحات، دارای عملکرد مطلوبی نیست.

مدل سازی عددی لایه بندی حرارتی و کیفیت آب مخزن سد با استفاده از مدل کیفیCE-QUAL-W2
یکی از مسائل مهم در مدیریت کیفی منابع آب ، تعیین لایهبندی حرارتی و بهدنبال آن سطح تغذیه گرایی در مخازن سدها و دیگر پیکره های آبی میباشد.تعیین لابه بندی حرارتی با استفاده از مدلهای کیفی صورت میگیرد. در انتخاب یک مدل کیفی آب باید تبادلی بین پیچیدگی مدل، قابلیت اطمینان لازم، هزینه عملیات و زمان در اختیار صورت پذیرد. تعیین پارامترهای شاخص تغذیهگرایی نظیر غلظت فسفر و نیتروژن کل در دریاچه، غلظت متوسط و بیشینه کلروفیل a و میزان جلبک خشک با استفاده از این معادلات نیازمند به کمترین دادههای کیفی بوده و زمان و هزینه کمتری در مقایسه با مدلسازیهای پیچیده رایانهای طلب میکند. در تحقیق حاضر، کیفیت آب مخزن سد مهاباد واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی، با استفاده از مدل CE-QUAL-W2، که یک نرمافزار کارآمد در زمینه تحلیل و آنالیز کیفی آب مخازن و دریاچهها می باشد، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. براساس نتایج حاصله مخزن سد مهاباد دارای یک لایهبندی نسبتا قوی تابستانه میباشد که از اواخر فروردین ماه شروع شده و در مرداد ماه به اوج خود میرسد، با شروع فصل پاییز و همزمان با کاهش میزان تشعشعات ورودی به مخزن لایه بندی شکل گرفته نیز به سمت اختلاط پیش میرود بهگونهای که در آذر ماه اختلاط کامل در مخزن رخ میدهد. از نظر تغییرات غلظت کل جامدات محلول (TDS) نیز میتوان گفت که روند تغییرات نسبت به عمق یک سیر صعودی دارد، طوری که بیشینه غلظت در تمام طول سال در کف مخزن می باشد. تغییرات اکسیژن محلول نسبت به عمق آب در مخزن نیز سیر نزولی دارد، این تغییرات از خردادماه شروع شده و تا اواخر تابستان ادامه مییابد طوری که در این دوره از سال میزان غلظت اکسیژن محلول در زیرلایه به صفر میرسد که این وضعیت در نهایت باعث تولید رنگ و بوی نامطبوع در مخزن می گردد. سد مخزنی مهاباد یک سد خاکی در رودخانه مهاباد، غرب شهر مهاباد واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی است. سد مهاباد دارای ظرفیت اسمی 197 میلیون متر مکعب و 172 میلیون متر مکعب ظرفیت مفید است که علاوه بر تامین آب آشامیدنی به مهاباد، بیش از 12 هزار هکتار زمین کشاورزی در شهر تحت پوشش آن قرار دارد. سد همچنین دارای نیروگاه برق آبی است. ساخت و ساز در سال 1350 شمسی شروع و سد در سال 1352 تکمیل شد. در این تحقیق مدل دو بعدی CE-QUAL-W2 برای شبیه سازی تغذیه گرایی (ائتروفیکی) در سد مهاباد استفاده شد. سپس هندسه مخزن سد مهاباد، به مدل معرفی شده است. برای این کار با استفاده ازجدیدترین نقشههای توپوگرافی مخزن سد و نرم افزار اتوکد اقدام به ایجاد پروفیلهای عرضی در مسیر خط القعر مخزن و در فواصل معین کرده و با اندازهگیری پروفیلها به فواصل دو متری در عمق، اطلاعات بدست آمده وارد فایل عمق سنجی(بسیمتری) شد. جهت بررسی آنالیز حساسیت موارد 1- ضریب پوشش باد(WSC) 2- ضریب نفوذ عمقی نور به آب(EXH2O) 3- ضریب دمای رسوب(TSED) 4- ضریب تابش خورشیدی جذب شده توسط سطح آب(BETA) 5- ضریب ویسکوزیته گردابه افقی(AX) 6- ضریب پخش گردابه افقی(DX) 7- ضریب اصطکاک کف(FRICC)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

اثر احداث سدمخزنی بر نوسانات سطح آب زیرزمینی (مطالعه موردی سدمخزنی شهرچای، دشت ارومیه، ایران)
سابقه و هدف: بارزترین اثر سدها، تغییر رژیم هیدرولوژیکی مناطق پایین دست خود است که از جمله این تغییرات میتوان به تامین دبی پایه دائمی و تغییر در سطح آبخوان پایین دست اشاره نمود. ارزیابی روند تغییرات سطح آب زیرزمینی یک مسئله مهم در تجزیه و تحلیل سریهای زمانی هیدروژئولوژیکی آبخوانها بودهاست. با توجه به عملکرد متنوع عوامل موثر در بیلان و هیدروژیولوژیکی در حوضه آبریز دشت شهرچای نیاز به بررسی روندیابی بوده که امری پیچیده است. بررسی تغییرات زمانی و مکانی سطح آب زیرزمینی در برنامهریزی و مدیریت پایدار منابع آب در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی روند تغییرات سطح آب زیرزمینی آبخوان شهرچای قبل و بعد از احداث سد مخزنی با استفاده از روشهای ناپارامتری من کندال، تخمینگر شیب سن، پتی، بویشند و استفاده از نرمافزار MODFLOW میباشد. مواد و روشها: روش شناسی این پژوهش مبتنی بر روشهای کتابخانه ای، میدانی و آماری بود. در این پژوهش جهت بررسی روند تغییرات سطح آب زیرزمینی از آمار 15 ساله (1396-1381)، 10 پیزومتر در آبخوان شهرچای استفاده شده است. تغییرات سطح آب زیرزمینی در تمامی پیزومترها بصورت سالانه و در ماههای حداقل و حداکثر سطح آب زیرزمینی آبخوان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مدل آب زیرزمینی آبخوان با استفاده از MODFLOW تهیه شده است. جهت بررسی تغییرات شیب آب زیرزمینی در دراز مدت روش کریجینگ درArc GIS 10.5 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.یافتهها: تحقیقات نشان میدهد که روند تغییرات تراز آب زیرزمینی در80 درصد پیزومترها منفی بوده و نقطه شکست در سری زمانی در سال 1387-1386 اتفاق افتاده است. در پیزومترهای نزدیک به سد شهرچای معمولاً سال پرش 1386و 1387 میباشد و در پیزومترهای دورتر و در انتهای حوزه آبریز و با فاصله زیاد با رودخانه معمولاً سال پرش بعد از 1387 و89 یا 90 می باشد. از نرم افزار MODFLOW با استفاده از اطلاعات چاههای پیزومتری و سایر مطالعات جهت پیشبینی تراز سطح آبزیرزمینی در شرایط قبل از احداث سد واسنجی و پیشبینی انجام گردید. از دادههای خرداد ماه سال 1381 جهت تهیه مدل در حالت پایدار استفاده شد و برای سالهای 1383تا 1385 سطح آب زیرزمینی با خطای کمتری پیش بینی شد. با ادامه محاسبات، سطح آب زیرزمینی مشاهداتی تا سال 1396کمتر از پیشبینی می باشد. همچنبن بررسی تغییرات خطوط تراز در 15 سال نشان دهنده کاهش شیب کلی حوزه به دلیل عدم تغذیه در اثر احداث سد می باشد.نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان دهنده اثر کاهش سطح آبزیرزمینی ناشی از احداث سد بوده یکی از دلایل آن ذخیره آب در سد در زمان سیلابی میباشد. نحوه استفاده از آب ذخیره شده در شرایط فصل زراعی بوده که مستقیما مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد در صورتی که قیل از احداث سد سیلاب در آبخوان پخش شده و باعث افزایش سطح ایستابی شده که احداث سد باعث عدم شرایط تغذیه شده است.

مقایسه روشهای ترسیمی و فیلترهای عددی برگشتی در تفکیک جریان پایه در تعدادی از رودخانههای استان اردبیل
سابقه و هدف: جریان پایه یکی از اجزاء مهم در تشکیل هیدروگراف جریان است، که از جریانهای زیرزمینی یا ذخایر کمعمق زیرسطحی ناشی میشود. تعیین سهم جریان پایه از جریان امکان ارزیابی واکنش آبخیز و برنامهریزی بهتر استراتژیهای مدیریت کمی و کیفی منابع آب در مقیاس آبخیز را فراهم مینماید. همچنین، تفکیک جریان پایه از موارد مهم در مدلسازی هیدرولوژی و افزایش دقت کالیبراسیون در مدلسازی بارش-رواناب است. مقایسه حوزههای مختلف از نظر ویژگیهای فروکش جریان میتواند اطلاعات ارزشمندی از خصوصیات ذخیره و تغذیه در آبخیز فراهم نماید. همچنین تعیین سهم جریان پایه میتواند در تحلیل جریان زیستمحیطی و شرایط سلامت رودخانه موثر واقع گردد. مولفه جریان پایه بهشدت تحت تاثیر بهرهبرداری از چاهها در دشتهای سیلابی است که میتواند در روشهای عددی تفکیک جریان پایه، منشاء بروز عدم قطعیت باشد. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه روشهای ترسیمی و فیلتر عددی در تفکیک جریان پایه و انتخاب روش مناسب برای برآورد دبی پایه در تعدادی از رودخانههای منتخب استان اردبیل است.مواد و روش: در این پژوهش تفکیک جریان پایه روزانه علاوه بر روشهای مرسوم (محدوده زمانی ثابت، محدوده زمانی جابهجاشونده و حداقل محلی)، با روشهای فیلتر دیجیتال برگشتی شامل (الگوریتم یک پارامتره، الگوریتم دو پارامتره باگتون، الگوریتم سه پارامتره IHACRES، لین و هولیک، الگوریتم چاپمن و ایما فیلتر) نیز انجام گرفته است. نتایج روشهای مذکور با روش تحلیل فروکش بهعنوان روش مبنا مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است. تحلیلها و مقایسه نتایج روشهای تفکیک جریان، براساس آمار دبی روزانه جریان با طول دوره آماری 22 سال در پنج ایستگاه هیدرومتری استان اردبیل با دادههای در دسترس و مقادیر مختلف دبی جریان صورت گرفته است.یافتهها: براساس نتایج و مقایسه روشهای ترسیمی و فیلتری در تفکیک دبی پایه جریان، مشخص شد که دقت روشهای ترسیمی با مقادیر پایین ضریب نش-ساتکلیف، قابل قبول نیست. در این راستا، روش محدوده زمانی ثابت با ضریب کارایی 04/0- در شرایط منطقه مورد مطالعه نتایج مناسبی ارائه نداده است. این در حالی است که روشهای تفکیک فیلتری الگوریتم یک پارامتره و دو پارامتره باگتون (Boughton two parameter algrithm) با ضرایب کارایی 88/0 و 86/0 بهترتیب بهعنوان مناسبترین روشها برای برآورد دبی پایه در رودخانههای استان اردبیل بوده است.بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که روشهای ترسیمی تقریبا نتایج قابل قبولی ارائه نمیدهند و روشهای فیلتری با رفع محدودیتهای روشهای گرافیکی و مبتنی بر تئوری پردازش سیگنال در تفکیک جریان به دو مؤلفه جریان سریع و جریان پایه از صحت و دقت بیشتری برخوردار میباشند. در مجموع میتوان گفت که روشهای فیلتر عددی با ماهیت غیرخطی و تبعیت از توالی سریهای زمانی در دادههای دبی، دارای دقت بالاتری نسبت به روشهای خطی و ترسیمی است. معرفی روشهای مناسب تفکیک جریان دبی روزانه در مدلسازی هیدرولوژیک، تحلیل منطقهای جریانهای حداقل و تعیین سهم جریان پایه میتواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

پیش بینی فضایی-زمانی خشکسالی با استفاده از شاخص SPEI در شمال شرق ایران
سابقه و هدف: خشکسالی به عنوان پیچیدهترین و خطرناکترین بلایای طبیعی است که هم در مکان و هم طی زمان تغییر میکند. گرمایش جهانی در سالهای اخیر باعث تشدید این گونه رویدادهای حدی شده است. از این رو استفاده از شاخصهای خشکسالی که هر دو اثر بارش و دما را در نظر میگیرند و نیز استفاده از روشهای توأم فضایی- زمانی که گسترش یافتهی آمار مکانی هستند، احتمالاً میتواند باعث پایش بهتر خشکسالیها و در نتیجه افزایش دقت پیشبینیها گردد. در این روشها ساختار همبستگی دادهها توسط توابع کوواریانس فضایی-زمانی مشخص میشود. هدف از این تحقیق بکارگیری و مقایسهی چند تابع تغییرنگار فضایی-زمانی برای پیشبینی و پهنهبندی فضایی-زمانی خشکسالی با استفاده از شاخص SPEI در مقیاس 12 ماهه میباشد.مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق از دادههای ماهانه بارندگی و دمای 48 ایستگاه در شمال شرق کشور طی دورهی آماری 1981-2012 برای محاسبهی مقادیر شاخص SPEI در مقیاس 12 ماهه استفاده شده است. تحلیل اکتشافی دادهها از نظر فرضهای مانایی و همسانگردی نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دادهها به دو گروه دادههای آموزشی و آزمایشی سال 2012 تقسیم شدند. توابع کوواریانس فضایی-زمانی تفکیکپذیر، متریک، متریک-جمعی و ضربی-جمعی با تعیین بهترین ترکیب از تغییرنگارهای کروی، خطی و نمایی برای هریک از تغییرنگارهای فضایی و زمانی بر روی دادههای آموزشی برازش داده شدند. بهترین مدل با استفاده از معیارهای آماری MSE و MSPE، انتخاب و پارامترهای مورد نیاز آن برآورد شدند. در نهایت با استفاده از کریجینگ فضایی-زمانی، دادههای آزمایشی پیشبینی و پهنهبندی شده و با نقشهی مقادیر مشاهداتی مقایسه شدند. اعتبارسنجی متقابل مدلهای فضایی-زمانی و فضایی محض از طریق معیارهای آماری COR، ME، MAE و RMSE با بکارگیری 25 و 47 همسایگی انجام گرفت.یافتهها: بررسی مانایی دادههای فضایی-زمانی، مانایی در فضا را نشان داد. رسم میانگین سری زمانی دادهها هم یک روند کاهشی را نشان داد که توسط یک رابطهی رگرسیونی ساده با بکارگیری مقادیر شاخص SPEI به عنوان متغیر وابسته و زمان به عنوان متغیر تبیینی مدل گردید و دادهها روندزدایی شدند. تغییرنگار فضایی دادهها در چهار جهت صفر، 45، 90 و 135 درجه، تفاوت زیادی را بین چهار تغییرنگار نشان نداد و بنابراین فرض همسانگردی مورد پذیرش قرار گرفت. برای تعیین ساختار همبستگی دادهها از مدلهای تفکیک-پذیر، متریک، متریک-جمعی و ضربی-جمعی استفاده شد. مقایسهی مدلها از طریق معیار MSE نشان داد دو مدل ضربی-جمعی و متریک جمعی خطای کمتری نسبت به دو مدل دیگر دارند. مقایسهی این دو مدل در پیشبینی مقادیر مشاهده نشده از طریق معیار MSPE، مدل ضربی-جمعی را با تغییرنگار خطی برای هر دو فضا و زمان به عنوان مدل برتر انتخاب نمود. پس از برآورد پارامترهای مدل و با بکارگیری کریجینگ فضایی-زمانی، مقادیر شاخص SPEI برای دادههای آزمایشی پیشبینی و نقشهی فضایی-زمانی آنها ترسیم شد. شباهت نقشهی مقادیر پیشبینی شده و نقشهی مقادیر مشاهداتی نشان داد عملکرد خوب در پیشبینی مقادیر مشاهده نشده را نشان داد. اعتبارسنجی مدلهای تغییرنگار فضایی-زمانی و فضایی محض نیز نشان داد عملکرد مدلهای مختلف بسیار نزدیک به یکدیگر بوده است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد مدل کوواریانس فضایی-زمانی ضربی-جمعی نسبت به مدلهای دیگر توانایی خوبی در پیشبینی مقادیر مشاهده نشده دارد و به کمک این گونه مدلها میتوان مقادیر متغیر مورد نظر خود را در هر موقعیت فضایی و هر مقطع زمانی پیشبینی نمود. همچنین اعتبارسنجی مدلها نشان داد مدلهای مختلف فضایی-زمانی و فضایی محض تفاوت چشمگیری نسبت به یکدیگر نداشته و دقت مدلها نیز نسبت به حالت فضایی محض افزایش پیدا نکرده است.

بررسی اثر تغییر اقلیم بر نیاز آبی نخیلات در منطقه اهواز
سابقه و هدف: در سال های اخیر، افزایش دما به دلیل افزایش گازهای گلخانه ای منجر به تغییر اقلیم شده است.گرمایش جهانی و تغییر اقلیم از بحثهای مهم است که متغیرهای مختلفی در آن دخالت و بر آن تأثیر میگذارند. به دلیل اهمیت تغییر اقلیم و به منظور برنامهریزی در جهت سازگار شدن با تغییرات اقلیمی، پیشبینی متغیرهای جوی توسط دانشمندان با استفاده از مدلهای مختلف صورت گرفته است. اهدافی که در این پژوهش مد نظر بود شامل تجزیه و تحلیل روند سالانه بارش و درجه حرارت، مقایسه نتایج مدلهای گزارش پنجم با یکدیگر و تعیین تغییرات در میزان بارش و درجه حرارت در دورههای آتی نسبت به دوره پایه و برآورد آب مورد نیاز نخیلات منطقه اهواز در راستای مدیریت پایدار منابع آب بود.مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش از مدل ریزمقیاس نمایی آماری با استفاده از مدل SDSM خروجی مدل تغییر اقلیم canESM2 ایستگاه سینوپتیک اهواز براساس مدلهای گزارش پنجم هیأت بینالدول تغییر اقلیم و تحت سناریوهای جدید انتشار و پیشبینیهای آتی در سه بازه زمانی 2040-2010، 2070-2041 و 2100-2071 در مقایسه با دوره پایه2005 -1961 استفاده شد. مشاهدات روزانه بارش، دمای متوسط، حداقل و حداکثر برای دوره 2005-1961 به عنوان ورودی وارد مدل شد. با در نظر گرفتن سناریوهای تغییر اقلیم (RCP2.6، RCP4.5 و RCP8.5)برای دورههای آتی تغییر اقلیم مورد نظر، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج خروجی مدل ریزمقیاس نشان داد که در دورههای آینده دما در ایستگاه اهواز بر اساس سه سناریوی مورد بررسی افزایش و بارش در سه سناریوی مورد بررسی برای هر سه دوره کاهش خواهد یافت. این میزان طی سناریوهای مختلف متفاوت است. کمترین افزایش دما در ماه ژوئن به میزان 95/0 درجه سانتی گراد طی سناریو RCP8.5 و بیشترین آن به میزان 96/3 در ماه سپتامبر و طی سناریو RCP4.5 به وقوع می پیوندد. کمترین افزایش سالانه متوسط دما به میزان 96/1 درجه طی سناریوی RCP8.5اتفاق می افتد و بیشترین افزایش سالانه متوسط دما به میزان 57/2 درجه طی سناریوی RCP4.5 اتفاق می افتد که تفاوت اندکی با سناریوی 6/2 دارد. دمای متوسط در ایستگاه اهواز طی سالهای 2070-2041 نسبت به دوره پایه 2005-1961 افزایش نشان داد این میزان طی سناریوهای مختلف متفاوت است. کمترین افزایش دما در ماه دسامبر به میزان 13/3 درجه سانتی گراد طی سناریو RCP2.6 و بیشترین آن به میزان 57/5 در ماهسپتامبر و طی سناریو 5/4 به وقوع می پیوندد. کمترین افزایش سالانه متوسط دما به میزان 18/3 درجه طی سناریوی 6/2 اتفاق می افتد و بیشترین افزایش سالانه متوسط دما به میزان 65/4 درجه طی سناریوی 5/8 اتفاق می افتد که تفاوت اندکی با سناریو 5/4 دارد. دمای متوسط در ایستگاه اهواز طی سالهای 2099-2071 نسبت به دوره پایه 2005-1961 افزایش نشان داد. کمترین افزایش دما در ماه ژانویه به میزان 58/1 درجه سانتی گراد طی سناریو ار سی پی 6/2 و بیشترین آن به میزان 62/6 در ماه اکتبر و طی سناریو 5/8 به وقوع می پیوندد. کمترین افزایش سالانه متوسط دما به میزان 27/4 درجه سانتیگراد طی سناریو 6/2 اتفاق می افتد و بیشترین افزایش سالانه متوسط دما به میزان 99/5 درجه طی سناریوی 5/8 اتفاق افتاد. نتایج آب مورد نخیلات با استفاده از نرم افزار کراپ وات 8 در نشان داد که آب مورد نیاز نخیلات در سالهای 2040-2011 در اهواز طی سناریو (RCP2.6) به میزان 4/0 درصد کاهش و تحت دو سناریو دیگر به میزان 5 تا 8 درصد افزایش یافت. آب مورد نیاز نخیلات جهت سالهای 2070-2041 به میزان 15 تا 19 درصد و در سالهای 2099-2071 به میزان 25 تا 28 درصد افزایش نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به افزایش درجه حرارت و کاهش میزان بارندگی در دورههای آتی، نیاز آبیاری نخیلات در منطقه اهواز افزایش خواهد یافت.

ارزیابی شاخصهای تنش خشکی دو رقم کنجد محلی بهبهان و شوین
سابقه و هدف: تنش خشکی مهمترین عامل محیطی محدودکننده رشد و نمو گیاهان در کل دنیا است بهطوریکه کاهش رشد در اثر تنش خشکی بیشتر از سایر تنشهای محیطی گزارش شده است. کنجد بهدلیل تحمل به خشکی و گرما اهمیت بسیاری در توسعه کشاورزی مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک در کشت تابستانه دارد. هدف از اجرای این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر تنش خشکی از طریق اعمال سطوح مختلف آبیاری قطرهای نواری و شناسایی رقم برتر بر اساس شاخصهای تنش بود.مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی شاخصهای تنش خشکی در روش آبیاری قطرهای نواری بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه، عملکرد روغن، درصد روغن دانه و کارآیی مصرف آب دانه آزمایشی در سال زراعی 98-1397 در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی بهبهان اجرا گردید. آزمایش به صـورت کرتهای یکبار خـــــرد شده در قالب بلـوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکــرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی شامل مقدار آب در آبیاری قطرهای نواری در چهار سطح 40، 60، 80 و 100 درصد نیازآبی از شروع مرحله گلدهی و فاکتور فرعی شامل رقم در دو سطح شامل ارقام محلی بهبهان و شوین بود. برای مقایسه آماری نتایج اندازهگیری و محاسبه شده از ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون برای تمام پارامترهای اندازهگیری یا محاسبه شده استفاده گردید. یافتهها: مقایسه میانگین کارایی مصرف آب در اثرات متقابل آبیاری و رقم نشان داد تیمار 100 درصد نیاز آّبی و رقم محلی بهبهان با کارایی مصرف آبی معادل 222/0 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب دانه کنجد، تیمار برتر بود. میانگین آب مصرفی در یک سال انجام آزمایش در تیمارهای 40، 60، 80، 100 درصد نیاز آبی و تیمار شاهد (آبیاری سطحی) بهترتیب برابر 0/35، 4/41، 8/47، 2/54 و 1/65 سانتیمتر آب بودند. نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بیشترین میزان همبستگی وزن هزار دانه به میزان 9305/ با شاخص عملکرد دانه را نشان داد که بیانگر نقش مؤثر افزایش وزن هزار دانه در بالارفتن عملکرد دانه میباشد. به دلیل زیاد بودن مقادیر شاخصهای SSI و TOL در رقم محلی بهبهان نسبت به رقم شوین و نیز کم بودن شاخصهای STI، MP، GMP، HM، YI و YSI در رقم فوق نسبت به رقم مزبور میتوان رقم محلی بهبهان را از نظر تنش خشکی به عنوان تیمار برتر معرفی نمود. نتیجهگیری: افزایش ارتفاع بوته با همبستگی بسیار معنی داری موجب روند افزایشی تعداد دانه در کپسول گردید. بیشترین همبستگی معنی-دار تعداد دانه در کپسول به عنوان یکی از اجزای مهم عملکرد با ارتفاع بوته و ارتفاع بوته با حجم آب مصرفی، نشان دهنده نقش بسیار مهم مدیریت بهینهی کم آبیاری در محصول کنجد است. عملکرد تحت تنش رقم محلی بهبهان نسبت به رقم شوین، به عملکرد تیمار فاقد تنش نزدیکتر بوده و همین عامل در افزایش شاخص TOL در رقم محلی بهبهان نسبت به رقم شوین مؤثر بوده است. رقمی مقاوم به تنش خشکی است که رقم ضریب همبستگی شاخص TOL آن منفیتر شده است. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد شاخص MP غیر حساس-ترین شاخص تنش برای معرفی تیمارهای تحت تنش و شاخص TOL مقاومترین شاخص به تغییرات تنش میباشد. شاخص TOL دو رقم مورد بررسی را بر اساس تغییرات عملکردشان گروه بندی میکند. هرچه میزان تغییرات کمتر باشد، رقم ثبات بیشتری در شرایط تنش نشان داده و متحمل خواهد بود.

خاک ریزوسفری گندم دیمزار به عنوان یک منبع مفید برای جداسازی باکتریهای سودوموناس فلورسنت مقاوم به شوری و خشکی
سابقه و هدف: امروزه لزوم پرداختن به تولید محصولات کشاورزی استراتژیک مانند گندم در محیطهای تحت تنش جهت دستیابی به حداکثر پتانسیل برای تأمین غذا ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر میباشد. باکتریهای سودوموناس فلورسنت از مهمترین ریزوباکتریهای مفید خاکزی هستند که با داشتن خصوصیات محرک رشدی متعدد عملکرد گیاهان را افزایش میدهند.مواد و روش: این پژوهش به منظور غربالگری 15 جدایه باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنت از خاک ریزوسفری گیاه گندم دیمزار از نظر خصوصیات محرک رشدی مثل توان تولید آنزیم 1- آمینوسیکلو پروپان-1- کربوکسیلیک اسید- دآمیناز ACC)- دآمیناز)، ایندول-3- استیک اسید (IAA)، سیدروفور، حلالیت فسفاتهای نامحلول معدنی (TCP) و هیدروژن سیانید (HCN)(در شرایط شوری و غیر شور)، مقاومت به شوری و خشکی اعمال شده با پلی اتیلن گلیکول (با پتانسیلهای اسمزی 5-، 10- و 15- بار) صورت گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که همه 15 جدایه دارای توانایی رشد در سطوح مختلف خشکی بودند. در سطح شوری 4 و 10 درصد نمک سدیم کلرید نیز به ترتیب 10 و 2 جدایه توانایی رشد را داشتند. همچنین تمامی این جدایهها توان انحلال TCP و تولید آنزیم -ACC دآمیناز،IAA ، سیدروفور و 9 جدایه توانایی تولید HCN را داشتند. در حضور شوری 4 درصد نمک همه جدایهها قابلیت انحلال TCP، تنها 8 جدایه توان تولید آنزیم ACC- دآمیناز، 13 جدایه توان تولید IAA، 6 جدایه توان تولید سیدروفور و 4 جدایه نیز دارای توانایی تولید HCN بودند. در این تحقیق دو جدایه باکتری ریزوسفری (Rh10 و Rh9) به عنوان جدایههای برتر انتخاب و شناسایی شدند. شناسایی توالی ژن 16S rRNA این جدایهها نشان داد که مشابهت نزدیکی با سویههای Pseudomonas helmanticensis OHA11 و Pseudomonas baetica a390 دارند.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اینکه مجموعه قابل ملاحظهای از سودوموناسهای فلورسنت جداسازی شده از ریزوسفر گندم دیمزار در این تحقیق توانستند در شوری 4 درصد به خوبی رشد کنند و بعلاوه باکتریهای مورد مطالعه در سطوح مختلف تنش خشکی، در فشار اسمزی 15- بار یا 62/37 درصد پلیاتیلن گلیکول(PEG 6000) توانایی رشد داشتند، ضمنا این باکتریها علاوه بر مقاومت به شوری و خشکی قادر به تولید مؤلفههای تحریک رشد گیاه(PGPs) در شرایط شور و غیر شور بودند. به ویژه اینکه نتایج به دست آمده در این پژوهش نشان داد که بعضی از جدایههای بومی خاکهای دیمزار کشور توانایی تولید آنزیمACC - دآمیناز را داشتند البته در تنش شوری 4 درصد نمک سدیم کلرید این توانایی به طور چشمگیری کاهش (6/46 درصد) یافته و حتی در بعضی از جدایهها تولید این آنزیم متوقف شد.لذا بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق میتوان بیان کرد که خاک ریزوسفری گندم دیمزارها میتواند منبع مناسبی برای جداسازی باکتریهای سودوموناس فلورسنت باشد که برخی از این جدایهها نیز توانایی حفظ ویژگیهای محرک رشدی خود را در شرایط شور دارند. علاوه بر این، از آنجایی که در شرایط دیم مصرف کودهای شیمیایی موجب افزایش مضاعف شوری خاک میگردد استفاده از چنین باکتریهایی (سودوموناسهای حل کننده فسفات) میتواند برخی از محدودیتهای تولید گندم در دیمزارها را کاهش دهد. با این وجود کاربرد آنها به عنوان کود زیستی نیازمند آزمونهای گلخانهای و مزرعهای بیشتر میباشد.

تاثیر همزمان بزرگنمایی سرریز و آبگیری نسبی بر روی انتقال رسوبات بستر به کانال آبگیر در بندهای انحرافی
سابقه و هدف: سرریزها به طور گستردهای برای اندازهگیری جریان، انحراف آب و کنترل جریان در کانالهای باز استفاده میشوند. تاکنون غالب سرریزهای استفاده شده در بندهای انحرافی به صورت خطی بودند. در این پ‍ژوهش سعی شده است تا با تغییر در بزرگنمایی سرریز، تاثیر این تغییرات بر روی خصوصیات رسوب انتقال یافته در کانال اصلی و کانال آبگیر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.مواد و روشها: آزمایشهای تحقیق صورت گرفته در آزمایشگاه هیدرولیک گروه مهندسی آب دانشگاه بوعلی سینا انجام گردید. آزمایشها در فلوم به طول 10 متر، عرض 83 سانتیمتر و ارتفاع 50 سانتیمتر انجام شد. سازههای سرریز، دریچه و کانال آبگیر با متعلقات و مخزن جمع آوری رسوبات نیز طراحی و به مجموعه اضافه شد. برای انجام آزمایشها از ذرات رسوبی غیر چسبنده با دانهبندی تقریبا یکسان و با قطر متوسط 35/0 میلیمتر استفاده گردید. آزمایشها با لایهای از رسوبات با ضخامت 4 سانتیمتر و با شیب 002/0 و در دو دبی 40 و 60 لیتر بر ثانیه صورت گرفت. در ابتدا دریچه آبگیر و دریچه تخلیه رسوب بسته بودند و جریان با دبی کم وارد فلوم گردید تا از روی سرریز عبور کرد. سپس دبی تا 60 و یا 40 لیتر در ثانیه افزایش یافت. در ادامه دریچهها به اندازه مطلوب باز شده و آزمایشها برای مدت زمان معینی صورت گرفت. سپس رسوبات وارده به کانال آبگیر و همچنین رسوبات جمع شده در مش انتهای کانال اصلی جمعآوری، خشک و توزین شده و غلظت رسوبات ورودی به کانال آبگیر و همچنین پاییندست مجرای تخلیه رسوب محاسبه گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دبی از 40 لیتر به 60 لیتر غلظت رسوبات وارده به کانال آبگیر در آبگیری نسبی برابر افزایش مییابد. افزایش بزرگنمایی سرریز نیز باعث افزایش غلظت رسوبات وارده به کانال آبگیر در آبگیری نسبی برابر می-شود. افزایش آبگیری نسبی و همچنین افزایش دبی نسبی مجرای تخلیه رسوب نیز باعث افزایش غلظت رسوبات وارده به کانال آبگیر میشود. موارد گفته شده در خصوص مجرای تخلیه رسوب نیز صادق است. بدین مفهوم که افزایش بزرگنمایی، افزایش دبی، افزایش دبی نسبی آبگیری و همچنین افزایش دبی نسبی مجرای تخلیه رسوب، باعث افزایش غلظت رسوب ورودی به مجرای تخلیه رسوب میشود. نتیجهگیری: افزایش بزرگنمایی باعث کاهش هد جریان و همچنین کاهش عمق جریان در بالادست شده و در نتیجه سرعت برشی جریان افزایش مییابد که باعث انتقال بیشتر رسوبات به سمت پاییندست و در نتیجه به سمت کانال آبگیر میشود. افزایش بازشدگی دریچه آبگیر و به تبع افزایش دبی آبگیری نیز باعث افزایش غلظت رسوبات وارده به کانال آبگیر می شود. با این حال افزایش بزرگنمایی و همچنین افزایش دبی نسبی مجرای تخلیه رسوب در راندمان غلظت رسوبات ورودی به آبگیر (نسبت غلظت رسوب کانال آبگیر به غلظت رسوبات منتقل شده در کانال اصلی) تاثیر چشمگیری ندارد.

شبیه سازی سطح ایستابی آب زیرزمینی دشت سرخس با ترکیب روشهای هوش مصنوعی و زمینآمار
سابقه و هدف: شبیه سازی جریان زیرزمینی بهمنظور پیشبینی سطح ایستابی، در مطالعات هیدروژئولوژی و مدیریتی، احداث سازهها، مصارف کشاورزی و دسترسی به آبهای زیرزمینی با کیفیت بالا از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. در دهههای اخیر به سبب پیچیدگی و ویژگیهای غیر خطی سیستمهای آب زیرزمینی، مدلهای هوش مصنوعی برای شبیهسازی آبخوانها مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتهاند. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه مدلهای شبکه عصبی مصنوعی (پرسپترون چند لایه، تابع پایه شعاعی و نروفازی) و ترکیب آن با روشهای زمینآمار برای مدلسازی سطح ایستابی دشت سرخس میباشد. بررسی مطالعات قبلی نشان میدهد، شبیه سازی سطح آب زیرزمینی با روشهای هوش مصنوعی در مناطق مختلف نتایج متفاوتی ارائه کرده است . مواد و روشها: شهرستان سرخس، با پهنهای بیش از ۵ هزار کیلومترمربع در طولهای جغرافیایی ′30 °60 تا ′15 °61 شرقی و عرض جغرافیایی ′55 °35 تا ′40 °36 شمالی واقع شده است. آبخوان دشت سرخس از نوع آزاد و دارای یکلایه آبرفتی میباشد. در این تحقیق از دادههای سطح ایستابی 18 حلقه چاه در طول دوره آماری (1394-1370)، بارش و تبخیر پتانسیل ماهانه استفاده شد. با استفاده از روش تیسن سطح اثر ایستگاههای هواشناسی مشخص شد و دادههای اقلیمی هر ایستگاه به چاههای واقع در پلیگون مربوطه تعمیم داده شد. مدلهای شبکه عصبی مورد استفاده شامل پرسپترون چند لایه (MLP)، تابع پایه شعاعی (RBF) و روش نروفازی (NF) یا (ANFIS) و روشهای زمینآمار شامل روش کریجینگ، کوکریجینگ و روش عکس فاصله بود. 70 درصد دادههای ورودی برای آموزش مدل و 30 درصد باقیمانده دادهها برای آزمایش آنها بکارگرفته شد. ﺑﺮای ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ نتایج شبیه سازی ﻣﺪلﻫﺎی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی از آﻣﺎرههای همبستگی بین دادهها (R) ، ﻣﺠﺬور ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺧﻄﺎی ﻣﻄﻠﻖ (MAE) و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ (R2) و برای ارزیابی روشهای زمین آماری از معیارهای ارزیابی ریشه میانگین مربع خطا (RMSE) و میانگین مربعات خطا (MSE) استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که مدل پرسپترون چند لایه نسبت به مدلهای دیگر با توجه به 60/0=R2، 80/0= MAE و 77/0 R=از دقت بیشتری برخوردار است. برای تعیین بهترین مدل زمینآمار برای پیشبینی مکانی سطح ایستابی آبهای زیرزمینی نتایج مدل پرسپترون چند لایه، به عنوان ورودی مدلهای زمین آمار استفاده شد. نتایج نشان که روش کریجینگ با 1= RMSEو 068/0= RMSمدل بهتری برای شبیهسازی مکانی سطح آب زیرزمینی دشت سرخس میباشد و براساس آن نقشههای شبیه سازی سطح آب زیرزمینی هر سال ترسیم گردید. تحلیل نقشههای به دست آمده نشان داد بیشترین افت در قسمت شمالی منطقه میباشد و قسمت جنوبی از افت کمتری برخوردار بوده است. نتیجهگیری: ترکیب مدلMLP و روش درونیابی کریجینگ، راه حلی مناسب و کم هزینه برای شبیه سازی تراز آب زیرزمینی دشت سرخس میباشد. پیشنهاد میگردد برای افزایش دقت مدلهای هوش مصنوعی در صورت امکان از متغیرهای وابسته بیشتری استفاده شود. همچنین برای پیشبینی بهتر سطح آب زیرزمینی از مدلهای هوش مصنوعی دیگر با الگوریتمهای متفاوت استفاده شود.

سینتیک رهاسازی روی در فراریشه در دوره کشت ذرت در یک خاک آهکی
سابقه و هدف: روی آزاد شده از خاک ریزوسفری فاکتور اصلی موثر در میزان قابلیت زیستی روی است. به منظور بررسی نحوه تاثیر فعالیت ریشه و ترشحات آن بر آزاد سازی روی در یک خاک آلوده در زمانهای مختلف برداشت گیاه، آزمایشی به صورت گلخانه ای بر روی خاک آلوده به روی در سیستم رایزوباکس صورت گرفت. مواد و روشها: نمونـه خـاک از عمق 0-30 سانتیمتر یک خاک آهکی، از مزارع کشاورزی واقع در استان زنجان برداشت شد. به منظور مطالعه تاثیر ترشحات ریشه گیاه ذرت بر رهاسازی از رایزوبــاکس اســتفاده شــد. ابعــاد رایزوبــاکس 200 در 200 در 150 میلیمتر (طول، ارتفاع و عرض) در نظـر گرفتـه شـد. رایزوباکس به سه بخش از مرکز به سمت لبه رایزوباکس از سمت چپ یا راست که توسط صفحات مشبک نایلونی (300 مش) احاطه شدند، یعنی ناحیه مرکـزی برای رشد گیاه (20 میلیمتر)، ناحیه های نزدیک ریزوسفر (20 میلیمتر) و ناحیههای توده خاک (40 میلیمتر) تقسیم شد. هشت بذر در ناحیه مرکزی رایزوبـاکسهـا کشت شدند و سپس به دو عدد تقلیل یافت. گیاهان 30، 60 و 90 روز پس از کاشت برداشت شد. این پژوهش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه سطح زمان (30، 60 و 90 روز پس از کشت) و سه ناحیه با فاصله از ریشه در سه 3 تکرار اجرا شد. سینتیک رها سازی روی در خاک تودهای و ریزوسفری توسط روش عصاره گیری متوالی با DTPA در دوره زمانی 1 تا 528 ساعت در دمای 25 درجه سانتیگراد تعیین شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش زمان میزان روی تجمعی آزاد شده افزایش یافت. همچنین میزان روی تجمعی آزاد شده در خاک ریزوسفری در زمان 60 روز پس از کشت به صورت معنیداری نسبت به خاکهای غیرریزوسفری (NR و B) به دلیل جذب گیاه کاهش یافت. بین زمانهای مختلف برداشت گیاه از نظر غلظت روی تجمعی اختلاف معنیداری در هر ناحیه ریشهای وجود داشت. میانگین روی آزاد شده از خاک ریزوسفری، متاثر از ریشه و تودهای 60 روز پس از کشت به ترتیب 5/278، 18/269، 7/259 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بدست آمد. مقایسه مقادیر ضریب تبیین (R2) و خطای استاندارد تخمین (SE) نشان داد که معادلههای تابع توانی و مرتبه اول واکنشهای آزاد سازی روی را به خوبی توصیف نموده است، به طوری که دارای بیشترین ضریب تبیین و کمترین خطای استاندارد تخمین میباشند. همچنین ضریب b معادله توانی در همه خاکها کمتر از یک بدست آمد که نشان دهنده این است که سرعت آزاد شدن روی با زمان کاهش مییابد. بهترین مدل برای توصیف آزاد شدن روی در خاک های ریزوسفری و غیرریزوسفری، مدل توانی بود.نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که ویژگیهای روی رها شده به برآورد پتانسیل تامین روی در ریزوسفر ذرت کمک میکند که متفاوت از خاک تودهای می باشد.

تابع انتقالی به منظور برآورد رطوبت خاک به کمک شاخصهای پوشش گیاهی، دمای سطح خاک و شاخص نرمال شده رطوبت
سابقه و هدف: رطوبت خاک یکی از متغیرهایی است که با کنترل فرایند تبخیر و تعرق بر چرخهی تبادل آب و حرارت بین زمین و اتمسفر تأثیر میگذارد. مقدار این رطوبت برای چرخههای هیدرولوژیکی، بیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی نیز حائز اهمیت میباشد. به کمک اطلاعات رطوبت خاک در بازههای زمانی منظم میتوان درجهی پیشرفت خشکسالی را در مناطق با آّب و هوای خشک تعیین کرد. همچنین پایش مستمر رطوبت خاک مناطق کشاورزی، به برنامهریزی آبیاری محصولات به شکلی مؤثر کمک میکند. از رطوبت خاک همچنین برای شناسایی مناطق آتشخیز جنگلها استفاده میشود. بنابراین پایشرطوبت خاک در هر منطقه و در مقاطع زمانی مختلف امری مهم میباشد. با توجه به عواملی مانند عدم یکنواختی در ویژگیهای فیزیکی خاک، توپوگرافی، پوشش زمین، تبخیر و تعرق و میزان بارش، رطوبت خاک به عنوان عاملی متغیر در بازههای مکانی و زمانی شناخته میشود. بنابراین استفاده از روشهای سنتی تعیین رطوبت خاک (مانند روش وزنی و میلهی نوترون) برای درک رفتار مکانی و زمانی این متغیر در سطوح وسیع مناسب نمیباشد. برای رفع این مشکل در دو دههی گذشته تکنولوژی سنجش از دور (به خصوص در حوزهی مرئی/مادون قرمز نزدیک و حرارتی) به طور گسترده برای تخمین غیرمستقیم رطوبت خاک مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، برآورد رطوبت خاک سطحی با استفاده از شاخصهای نرمال شدۀ رطوبت (NDMI)، پوشش گیاهی نرمال شده(NDVI) و دمای سطح زمین (LST) بوده است. مواد و روشها: بدین منظور تصاویر ماهواره لندست 8 همزمان با نمونهبرداری زمینی تهیه شدند. نمونهها به آزمایشگاه منتقل و رطوبت خاک نمونهها (تعداد 45 نمونه) به روش وزنی اندازه گیری شد سپس با استفاده از نرم افزارهای تخصصی ArcGIS شاخصهای مورد نظر برآورد شد و مقادیر این شاخصها برای اجرای رگرسیون آماری به نرم افزار SPSS منتقل و آنالیزهای آماری بین شاخصهای نرمال شدۀ رطوبت (NDMI)، پوشش گیاهی نرمال شده(NDVI) و دمای سطح زمین (LST) و رطوبت خاک اندازه گیری انجام شد. سپس تابع انتقالی برآورد رطوبت خاک به روش رگرسیون خطی چندگانه بدست آمد. این پژوهش در منطقه دهدز از توابع شهرستان ایذه استان خوزستان انجام شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین مقادیر رطوبت خاک سطحی با شاخصهای (NDMI) ، (NDVI) و (LST) همبستگی (78%) وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج صحت سنجی تابع انتقالی برآورد رطوبت خاک نیز نشان داد که این تابع با ضریب جرم باقی مانده (CRM) 001/0- قادر به پیش بینی رطوبت خاک سطحی است، این مقدار اندک این شاخص آماری، نشان دهنده دقت زیاد مدل پیشنهادی برای برآورد رطوبت خاک سطحی میباشد.نتیجهگیری: نتیجه این پژوهش در قالب توابع انتقالی و نقشه رطوبتی خاک ارائه شده است. نقشه رطوبت خاک شبیهسازی شده به وسیلۀ این مدل قادر است 78 درصد تغییرات رطوبت خاک را در منطقه پیشبینی کند.

کارایی نانوکیتوزان در حذف بنزن از محلولهای آبی
سابقه و هدف: اهمیت آب به عنوان بستر حیات بر هیچکس پوشده نیست. تنگناهای ناشی از افزایش جمعیت و فشار بر منابع آب ضرورت حفاظت از این منابع را پیش آورده است. در سالهای اخیر خشکسالیهای پی در پی، افزایش بیش از حد جمعیت، افزایش صنایع و آلودگیهای ناشی از آن اهمیت منابع آبی در کشور ایران که یکی از کشورهای خشک و نیمه خشک جهان محسوب میشود را دو چندان کرده است. یکی از متداولترین آلایندههای آب ترکیبات نفتی هستند. بنزن یک ترکیب آروماتیکی با فرمول C6H6 است. این ماده بسیار سمی و سرطانزا بوده و یکی از آلایندههای موجود در پسابهای پالایشگاهی است. مصارف اولیه آب در صنایع در سالهای اخیر موجب تغلیظ و افزایش سمیت پسابها شده است. دفع نامناسب این قبیل پسابها و عدم کاهش آلایندههای موجود در آنها مشکلات محیط زیستی فراوانی را بهوجود آورده است. بدین منظور، هدف از انجام این مطالعه سنتز یک نانو جاذب متخلخل با استفاده از کیتوزان بهعنوان یک جاذب ارزان قیمت و سازگار با محیط زیست برای حذف بنزن از محلولهای آبی و پاکسازی آبهای آلوده است.مواد و روشها: برای ساخت نانو ذرات کیتوزان از پودر کیتوزان ساخت شرکت سیگما آلدریچ و محلول استیک اسید 1% استفاده شد. اثر پارامترهای مختلف pH، غلظت اولیه محلول بنزن، دوز جاذب و زمان تماس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقادیر غلظت بنزن توسط دستگاه اسپکتروفتومترUV-Vis Array مدل Photonix Ar 2015 در طول موج 254 نانو متر تعیین و با استفاده از نرم افزار Excel و Spss آنالیز گردید.یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج مقدار بهینه جذب بنزن در pH برابر 4 بهدست آمد. با افزایش یا کاهش pH محلول، کارایی حذف بنزن کاهش یافت. همچنین با افزایش زمان تماس از 5 تا 120 دقیقه، کارایی حذف بنزن از 85/96 به 28/89 درصد کاهش یافت. با افزایش غلظت اولیه بنزن، راندمان حذف دارای روند صعودی بوده و بیشترین مقدار درصد حذف در غلظت 70 میلیگرم بر لیتر برابر با 57/78 درصد بهدست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد با افزایش دوز جاذب راندمان حذف بنزن روند نزولی داشته و بیشترین میزان درصد حذف در دوز جاذب 01/0 گرم برابر با 85/82 درصد بهدست آمد. در شرایط بهینه بیشترین میزان درصد حذف بنزن 85/96 درصد تعیین شد.نتیجهگیری: یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که جاذب نانو کیتوزان کارایی بالایی در جذب بنزن از محلولهای آبی دارد. با توجه به اینکه نانوکیتوزان منشاء طبیعی دارد، میتوان از آن به عنوان یک جاذب سازگار با محیط زیست و ارزان قیمت نسبت به سایر جاذبها برای حذف ترکیبات آروماتیک از محلولهای آّبی استفاده کرد..

تغییر ویژگیهای بیولوژیکی یک خاک جنگلی پس از تبدیل به شالیزار و تعیین حساسترین ویژگی به تغییر کاربری اراضی
چکیده سابقه و هدف: بررسی پارامترهای بیولوژیکی کیفیت خاک بهمنظور ارزیابی مدیریت زمین و پایداری سیستمهای کشاورزی مورد استفاده، بسیار مفید است. برای این منظور ویژگیهای بیولوژیکی کیفی خاک که به کشت و کار حساس هستند مورد اندازهگیری و ارزیابی قرار می-گیرند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تغییرات بیولوژیک کیفیت خاک جنگلی پس از تبدیل به شالیزار، تعیین حساسترین این پارامترها به آشفتگی یک اکوسیستم و ایجاد حداقل مجموعه داده از این پارامترها با استفاده از روش تجزیه عاملها بود.مواد و روشها: برای انجام این پژوهش ایستگاه تحقیقاتی صنوبر در استان گیلان انتخاب شد. نمونههای خاک از دو کاربری جنگل طبیعی و شالیزار مجاور آنها در 5 عمق (20-0، 40-20، 60-40، 80-60 و 100-80 سانتیمتر) برداشت گردید. دادههای این پژوهش بهصورت یک آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل نوع کاربری اراضی در دو سطح و عمق خاک در پنج سطح بود که در سه تکرار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. لذا تعداد تیمارهای آزمایش 10=2×5 عدد که با لحاظ نمودن تعداد تکرارها در مجموع 30 واحد آزمایشی، جامعه آماری آزمایش را تشکیل داد. در نمونهها تنفس میکروبی، درصد معدنی شدن کربن، کربن زیست توده میکروبی، کسر میکروبی و ضریب متابولیکی اندازهگیری و شاخص حساسیت برای هر ویژگی محاسبه گردید. مقایسه میانگین پارامترها با آزمون دانکن و تجزیه عاملی به روش تجزیه به مولفههای اصلی انجام گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد با تغییرکاربری اراضی از جنگل بکر به شالیزار بهطور میانگین در کل خاکرخ نسبت معدنی شدن کربن (28 درصد) و ضریب (کسر) متابولیکی (21 درصد) افزایش یافت. درحالیکه وزن زیست توده میکروبی (61 درصد)، تنفس میکروبی (39 درصد) و تنفس پایه (49 درصد) کاهش یافت. شاخص حساسیت (SI) نشان داد که در بین پارامترهای بیولوژیکی، زیست توده میکروبی در مقایسه با سایر پارامترها به تغییر کاربری اراضی حساستر بود. استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل مولفههای اصلی (PCA) در این مطالعه نشان داد که دو عامل تقریباً بیش از 70 درصد واریانس را در مقادیر زیست توده میکروبی و درصد معدنی شدن کربن و بیش از 60 درصد واریانس را در مقادیر معدنی شدن کربن، تنفس پایه و کسر (ضریب) متابولیکی توجیه کرد. این پارامترها بیشترین برآورد اشتراکی بودن را نشان میدهند و کسر میکروبی کمترین اهمیت نسبی در بین تخمین مقادیر اشتراک را نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: تغییر کاربری از جنگل بکر به اراضی شالیزاری تاثیر نامطلوب روی پارامترهای بیولوژیکی کیفیت خاک داشت. این امر موجب کاهش سلامت خاک و پتانسیل ترسیب کربن در خاک میشود. بنابراین ادامه کشت و کار در این اراضی تخریب خاک را تشدید نموده و در صورت توقف کشت و کار زمان بهبود (Recovery time) و زمان احیا (Resilience time) طولانیتر میشود.
