تحلیل طوفان های گردوغبار سیستان با استفاده از شاخص های DDI و DSI و پارامترهای سرعت باد، دید افقی و غلظت PM10
سابقه و هدف: در طی دهه های اخیر طوفان های گردوغبار به یکی از مخاطرات جدی طبیعی در دنیا تبدیل شده اند. اگر چه این پدیده از جنبه های مختلف مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است، تغییرات لحظه ای پارامترهای مرتبط با این پدیده و همچنین تغییرات فراوانی ماهانه و سالانه این پدیده در مناطق تحت تاثیر نیاز به بررسی دارد. از اینرو در این تحقیق تغییرات لحظه ای سرعت باد و دید افقی در طی شبانه روز، ماه های مختلف سال و همچنین تغییرات فراوانی ماهانه و سالانه طوفان های گردوغبار در منطقه سیستان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. مواد و روش ها: منطقه سیستان در جنوب شرق ایران به عنوان منطقه مورد مطالعه در نظر گرفته شد. این منطقه دارای اقلیم گرم و خشک، متوسط بارندگی سالانه کم (59 میلیمتر) درجه حرارت بالا (میانگین سالانه 22 درجه سانتیگراد) و بادهای 120 روزه می باشد. جهت بررسی تغییرات لحظه ای سرعت باد و دید افقی داده های ثبت شده در مقیاس زمانی سه ساعته در ایستگاه سینوپتیک زابل از سازمان هواشناسی کشور برای بازه زمانی 1370-1397 دریافت گردید. همچنین جهت بررسی تغییرات فراوانی طوفان های گردوغبار وغبارناکی منطقه مورد مطالعه از دو شاخص DDI (روزهایی که سرعت باد بیشتر از 15 متر بر ثانیه و دید افقی کمتر از 1000 متر می باشد) و DSI (شاخص غبارناکی) استفاده شد. تغییرات روزانه، ماهانه و سالانه PM10 (ذرات معلق در هوا با قطر کمتر از 10 میکرون) نیز در بازه زمانی 1392-1397 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: الگوی تغییرات لحظه ای باد و دید افقی و همچنین غلظت PM10 در طی شبانه روز در تمامی ماه های سال و در بازه زمانی مورد برسی یکسان بوده و حداکثر غلظت PM10 و حداقل دید افقی در ساعت 10:30 صبح منطبق با حداکثر سرعت باد رخ می دهد. همچنین در ساعت 7:30 بعدازظهر منطبق با به حداقل رسیدن سرعت باد و غلظت PM10 میزان دید افقی به حداکثر میرسد. فراوانی ماهانه شاخص های DDI و DSI و همچنین غلظت PM10 نشان داد که ماه تیر بالاترین مقادیر این شاخص ها یعنی 8DDI = روز، 15 DSI = روز و662 PM10 = میکروگرم در مترمکعب را دارا می باشد. در طول دوره مورد بررسی سال 1380 با 31860 دقیقه (531 ساعت) زمان طوفانی و دارا بودن شاخص 74DDI = روز از بالاترین فراوانی این پدیده برخوردار بوده است. بطور کلی بازه زمانی 1378-1383 از شرایط غبارکی شدیدتری نسبت به بازه های زمانی 1370-1377 و 1384-1397 برخوردار می باشد. در این بازه های زمانی شاخص DSI بترتیب 14، 174 و 66 روز برآورد گردیده است. ارتباط معنی دار بین تغییرات سرعت باد و دید افقی، بین سرعت باد و غلظت مواد معلق در هوا و بین دید افقی و غلظت مواد معلق در هوا نشان داد که میزان دید افقی و غلظت مواد معلق در هوا کاملا به سرعت باد وابسته می باشد. همچنین ارتباط معنی داری بین غلظت مواد معلق در هوا (PM10) با شاخص های DDI و DSI نیز برقرار گردید. با برقراری ارتبط بین شاخص های DDI، DSI، PM10 و متوسط سالانه سرعت باد مشخص گردید که تغییرات این پارمترها نیز کاملا وابسته به تغییرات سرعت باد می باشد. نتیجه گیری: در بازه زمانی 27 ساله مورد بررسی شرایط غبارناکی بر منطقه سیستان حاکم بوده و در مقایسه با سایر مناطق ایران از وضعیت بحرانی تری از غبارناکی برخوردار می باشد بطوریکه فراوانی و شدت طوفان های گردوغبار در این منطقه نسبت به سایر مناطق بیشتر می باشد. از آنجاییکه غبارناکی منطقه سیستان به وضعیت دریاچه هامون مرتبط است بنظر می رسد بهترین راه جهت کاهش طوفان های گردوغبار احیای این دریاچه بوده تا بتوان شرایط تشکیل این پدیده را به حداقل رساند.

بررسی تغییرات زمانی و مکانی مؤلفههای بیلان آب و هیدروگراف تفکیک شده
حوزه آبخیز ارازکوسه از طریق مدلسازی تغذیه آب زیرزمینی با مدل WetSpass
سابقه و هدف: یکی از فاکتورهای مهم و اساسی در توسعه و مدیریت پایدار منابع آب زیرزمینی، تغذیه آب زیرزمینی است. البته با توجه به ارتباط مؤلفههای بیلان آب سایر عوامل هیدرولوژیکی را نیز باید در نظر گرفت. برآورد میزان تغذیه یک فرآیند پیچیده و چالشبرانگیز است. به این دلیل که تغذیه به متغیرهایی محیطی دیگر از قبیل کاربری اراضی، توپوگرافی، خاک، شرایط اقلیمی و دیگر ویژگیهای هیدرولوژیکی وابسته است. در پژوهش حاضر، به کمیسازی مؤلفههای بیلان آب در مقیاس زمانی ماهانه با رویکرد توزیعی با استفاده از مدل WetSpass پرداخته شده است.مواد و روشها: با استفاده از مدل WetSpass و دادههای بارش، دما، تبخیر، سرعت باد، عمق آب زیرزمینی و نقشههای بافت خاک، توپوگرافی و کاربری اراضی حوزه آبخیز ارازکوسه مؤلفههای بیلان آبی شامل تبخیروتعرق، رواناب، برگاب و تغذیه آب زیرزمینی طی سالهای آماری 2015 -2001 در مقیاس ماهانه با قدرت تفکیک مکانی 100 متر در 100 متر شبیهسازی شد.یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق با توجه به معیارهای ارزیابی مورداستفاده در دورههای واسنجی و اعتبارسنجی اجزای هیدروگراف جریان شامل رواناب مستقیم، جریان پایه و جریان کل شبیهسازی توسط مدل و هیدروگرافهای تفکیکشده با استفاده از نرمافزار WHAT نشاندهنده کارایی خوب مدل WetSpass برای شبیهسازی تغذیه آب زیرزمینی و سایر مؤلفههای بیلان آبی حوزه آبخیز ارازکوسه میباشد. لازم به ذکر است که مقادیر ضریب نش- ساتکلیف بهعنوان معیار ارزیابی رایج در شبیهسازیهای هیدرولوژیکی برای رواناب مستقیم برای دوره واسنجی و اعتبارسنجی به ترتیب برابر با 6/0 و 54/0، برای جریان پایه برای دوره واسنجی و اعتبارسنجی به ترتیب برابر 55/0 و 53/0 و برای رواناب کل برای دوره واسنجی و اعتبارسنجی به ترتیب برابر 63/0 و 56/0 به دست آمد. بررسی توزیع زمانی- مکانی مؤلفههای بیلان آب در ماههای مختلف در انواع کاربری اراضی و طبقات شیب مختلف نشان داد که میزان تغییرپذیری مؤلفهها بهطور قابلتوجهی تحت تأثیر فاکتورهای اقلیمی بهویژه بارش، تغییرات فصلی، ویژگیهای فیزیوگرافی، پوشش گیاهی و کاربری منطقه میباشد. بهنحوی که در مناطق جنگلی حجم سالانه تغذیه و رواناب با توجه به سطح زیرپوشش این کاربری به ترتیب برابر با 23115791 مترمکعب و 1776217 مترمکعب میباشد که بیشترین سهم تغذیه آب زیرزمین در اراضی جنگلی مربوط به طبقه شیب صفر تا 10 درصد میباشد و بیشترین سهم رواناب در این کاربری متعلق به شیبهای بالاتر از 30 درصد میباشد. بیشترین حجم رواناب سالانه در حوزه آبخیز ارازکوسه به اراضی مسکونی در شیبهای متوسط و بالا با توجه به درصد سطح تحت پوشش و برابر با 156300 مترمکعب میباشد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به ارزیابی مؤلفههای بیلان آب میتوان بیان کرد تغذیه به عنوان عامل مهم بررسی برهمکنش آب سطحی و زیرزمینی شناخته شده است. از طرفی مؤلفه مذکور تحت تأثیر فاکتورهای مختلف اقلیمی و فیزیوگرافی و پوشش گیاهی و کاربری اراضی حوزه آبخیز میباشد، به همین دلیل تخمین صحیح میزان آن میتواند نقش مهمی در مدیریت و توسعه پایدار منابع آب سطحی و زیرزمینی داشته باشد.

ارزیابی مدل ORYZA2000 در شبیهسازی عملکرد و بهرهوری تولید برنج تحت مدیریتهای زراعی.
سابقه و هدف: ایران کشوری نیمهخشک با میانگین بارندگی سالانه برابر ۲۴۰ میلیمتر و ۵۷/0 میلیون هکتار شالیزار میباشد. رشد بیسابقه تقاضا برای مصرف آب در بخشهای صنعتی، شرب و کاهش میزان آب قابلاستفاده در بخش کشاورزی موجب گردیده که استفاده از آب در تولید برنج کاهش یافته و این امر تولید برنج را تهدید میکند. از مدلهای شبیهسازی گیاهان زراعی برای انجام مطالعات مختلف از جمله انتخاب گیاه و رقم مناسب برای کاشت، تعیین بهترین مدیریت زراعی، برآورد ظرفیت تولید منطقهای میتوان استفاده نمود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی دقت ORYZA2000 در شبیهسازی عملکرد دانه و زیست-توده و بررسی بیلان و بهرهوری تولید برنج تحت تیمارهای آبیاری و تاریخ کاشت میباشد.مواد و روشها: بهمنظور ارزیابی مدل ORYZA2000 و بررسی بهرهوری تولید برنج تحت شرایط مدیریت آبیاری و تاریخ کاشت، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خردشده با طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار بر روی رقم محلی (هاشمی) در دو سال زراعی 1395 و 1396 در موسسه تحقیقات برنج ایران، رشت، انجام گردید. دور آبیاری بهعنوان عامل اصلی در چهار سطح غرقاب دائمی شامل دور آبیاری 5، 10 و 15 روز و تاریخ کاشت بهعنوان عامل فرعی در سه سطح (اول اردیبهشت، بیستم اردیبهشت و دهم خرداد) در نظر گرفته شدند. ارزیابی مقادیر شبیهسازی و اندازهگیری شده عملکرد دانه و عملکرد زیستی با استفاده از مؤلفههای ضریب تبیین، آزمون t و ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE) و ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای نرمال شده (RMSEn) انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق معادله بیلان آب در طول فصل زراعی در نظر گرفته شد که اجزای آن شامل آبیاری، بارندگی، تبخیر واقعی، تعرق واقعی، نشت و نفوذ عمقی و تغییرات آب ذخیره شده در منطقه توسعه ریشه، میباشند. مقدار آبیاری برای هر کرت اندازهگیری شد، مقدار بارندگی نیز از ایستگاه هواشناسی رشت دریافت شد، سایر اجزای معادله بیلان آب با استفاده از مدل ORYZA2000 محاسبه گردید. در مدل ORYZA2000 مقدار تبخیر و تعرق پتانسیل با استفاده از معادله پریستلی تیلور محاسبه شد. بهرهوری آب بر اساس میزان عملکرد دانه برنج به ازای میزان تعرق، تبخیر-تعرق، آبیاری و مجموع بارش و آبیاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای نرمال شده عملکرد دانه و عملکرد زیستی به ترتیب 8 و 6 درصد تعیین گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که در بین مدیریتهای آبیاری، با توجه به اجزای بهرهوری آب، دوره آبیاری غرقاب از نظر تعرق و مجموع تبخیر و تعرق و دور آبیاری 15 روزه از نظر میزان آب ورودی به مزرعه و میزان آبیاری، بیش-ترین بهرهوری را داشتند. در بین تاریخهای کاشت، تاریخ کاشت بیستم اردیبهشت با دارا بودن مقدار متوسط عملکرد دانه 3871 کیلوگرم در هکتار، بیشترین مقدار بهرهوری آب مبتنی بر تعرق، تبخیر و تعرق و تاریخ کاشت یک اردیبهشت بهرهوری آب بر مبنای آبیاری و مجموع آبیاری و بارندگی را دارا بود. در این شرایط، تاریخ کشت یک اردیبهشت و 20 اردیبهشت به ترتیب با میانگین 136 و 116 میلیمتر، بیشترین و کمترین ذخیره آب را داشتند. بیشترین میزان ذخیره آب طی دو سال آزمایش در دور آبیاری 10 و 15 روزه (به ترتیب 145 و 143 میلیمتر) و کمترین ذخیره در تیمار غرقاب (92 میلیمتر) مشاهده شد.نتیجهگیری: با در نظر گرفتن میزان عملکرد شلتوک و زیستتوده و بهرهوری آب و میزان مصرف آب، تیمار آبیاری پنجروزه در تاریخ کاشت یک اردیبهشت بهترین عملکرد شلتوک و زیستتوده را داشته است. این تیمار با نه درصد کاهش مصرف آب و شش درصد کاهش عملکرد شلتوک، بهترین تیمار از نظر بهرهوری و تولید برنج بوده است. با توجه به تحقیق حاضر میتوان از مدل ORYZA2000 برای پشتیبانی نتایج آزمایشهای تحت شرایط مدیریت آبیاری و تاریخ کاشت استفاده نمود.

سابقه و هدف: کودهای زیستی با تأثیرگذاری بر تخلخل خاک و پایداری خاکدانهها، میتوانند بر ساختمان خاک تأثیر بگذارند. در واقع فعالیت ریزجانداران خاک علاوه بر تأثیر بر ریشه گیاهان، اثرات قابل توجهی بر ترکیبات آلی و در اغلب موارد ساختمان خاک دارند. بنابراین هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر کودهای زیستی شامل قارچ مایکوریزا (Glomus mosseae) و باکتری ریزوبیوم (Mesorhizobium caesar) به صورت جداگانه و با هم بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیکی (جرم مخصوص ظاهری و تخلخل خاک) و شیمیایی خاک (واکنش خاک، هدایت الکتریکی و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی) در دو شرایط گلخانهای و مزرعهای بود که تاکنون کمتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. چرا که کاربرد کودهای زیستی در خاک میتواند یکی از شیوههای مناسب برای حفظ و بهبود کیفیت فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک باشد.مواد و روشها: بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر همزیستی قارچ مایکوریزا و باکتری ریزوبیوم بر برخی خواص شیمیایی و فیزیکی خاک، آزمایشی در دو شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. در شرایط مزرعه تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل قارچ مایکوریزا گونه گلوموس موسهآ، باکتری ریزوبیوم گونه مزوریزوبیوم، مایکوریزا× باکتری ریزوبیوم و شاهد (بدون مایهزنی) بودند. در شرایط گلخانه تیمار ماده زمینه سترون شده قارچ مایکوریزا و تیمار بدون گیاه (بدون مایهزنی) نیز تیمارهای آزمایشی بودند. گیاه مورد کشت در این آزمایش نخود بود. در پایان فصل رشد نمونههای دستخورده و دستنخورده از عمقهای متفاوت برداشت و ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی مذکور در فوق اندازهگیری شد.یافتهها: در شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه تیمارهای شامل مایکوریزا باعث کاهش واکنش خاک شدند. تیمارهای مختلف تأثیر معنیداری بر گنجایش تبادل کاتیونی در دو شرایط گلخانه و مزرعه نداشتند. احتمالاً بدلیل اینکه گنجایش تبادل کاتیونی در ارتباط با سطح ویژه خاک است. در شرایط گلخانه کمترین جرم مخصوص ظاهری در عمق 0-5 سانتیمتر (در سطح 5 درصد) در گلدانهای شامل تیمار مایکوریزا× باکتری ریزوبیوم (g cm-330/1) و مایکوریزا ( g cm-336/1) و بیشترین جرم مخصوص ظاهری در تیمار شاهد بدون گیاه و بدون مایهزنی (g cm-349/1) مشاهده شد. همچنین تیمارهای شامل کود زیستی باعث افزایش معنیدار تخلخل خاک نسبت به شاهد بدون گیاه شدند. بهگونهای که در عمق اول (0-5 سانتیمتر) تیمار مایکوریزا× باکتری ریزوبیوم (cm3cm-350/0) در عمق 5-10 سانتیمتر تیمار مایکوریزا (cm3cm-349/0) و در عمق سوم (10-15 سانتیمتر) هر سه تیمار کود زیستی بیشترین مقدار تخلخل را داشتند. شرایط مرزعه باعث کاهش اثر تیمارها بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی خاک گردید، که احتمالاً میتواند به علت تأثیر کمتر تیمارهای اعمال شده به علت وسعت زیاد منطقه و از طرفی شرایط محیطی کنترل نشده باشد.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اینکه تیمارهای مختلف کود زیستی تأثیر متفاوتی بر عمق ریشهزنی گیاهان و عملکرد گیاه دارند، تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف در این پژوهش در اعماق مختلف بر بهبود ساختمان خاک متفاوت بود. به طور کلی تیمارهای شامل کود زیستی با تأثیرگذاری بر عملکرد گیاه و ریشه گیاه باعث بهبود پارامترهای فیزیکی و ساختمان خاک شدند.

مدلسازی الگوی نقطهای دامنه و آبراهه با استفاده از تصاویر پهپاد در بخشی از فلات لسی، استان گلستان
سابقه و هدف: درک فرآیندهای بومشناختی و ژئومورفولوژی نهفته در توزیع مکانی نهشتههای لسی و رخسارههای مربوطه و همچنین تحلیل الگوی مکانی آنها در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک، برهمکنش آنها را در این محیطها آشکار میسازد. فلات لسی استان گلستان نیز منطقهای با توپوگرافی منحصربهفرد و پیچیده که با پوشش گیاهی مرتعی در منطقه نیمهخشک واقع شده است. تحلیل الگوی نقطهای جهت دامنه و آبراهه و بررسی اثرات متقابل آنها با استفاده از آمارههای اختصاری مختلف در بخشی از فلات لسی استان گلستان از اهداف این پژوهش میباشد. با توجه به فواصل اندک بین تپهها و پیچیدگیهای پستیوبلندی منطقه، تکنیک عکسبرداری بدون سرنشین (UAV) برای تهیه عکس هوایی دقیق از منطقه مطالعاتی بهمنظور استفاده در تحلیل نقطهای به کار گرفته شد. لازم به ذکر است با توجه به اهداف گفتهشده، این پژوهش نسبت به مطالعات پیشین نوآوری داشته و در مطالعه الگوی مکانی رخسارههای لسی گامی به جلو محسوب میشود؛ به عبارتی این پژوهش تلاشی برای یافتن ارتباط مؤثر دامنه و آبراهه بر گسترش فرسایش آبراههای برای مطالعات آتی در این منطقه میباشد.مواد و روشها: منطقه مطالعاتی به لحاظ شرایط اقلیمی دارای رژیم رطوبتی و حرارتی زریک خشک و ترمیک است. تکنیک UAV برای تهیه عکس هوایی رنگی با دقت مکانی و زمانی بالا، به منظور مدلسازی الگوی نقطهای جهت دامنه و تراکم آبراههها در منطقه استفاده شد. مشتقات اولیه و ثانویه توپوگرافی از مدل رقومی ارتفاع (DEM) تهیهشده توسط UAV با تفکیک مکانی 20×20 سانتیمتری استخراج گردید. تحلیل نقطهای تک و چندمتغیره (مدلسازی) متغیرها با استفاده از بستههای تخصصی در محیط نرمافزار R و Programita انجام گرفت. درنهایت، از تابع همبستگی نشاندار (MCF)، بهمنظور بررسی پرسشهایی در زمینه کاهش اندازه وابسته به تراکم، استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از توابع تک متغیره g(r) و O-ring(r) نشان داد جهتهای مختلف شیب شامل: مسطح، شمالی، جنوبی، شرقی و غربی در کل فاصلهها در دامنه انتخابی از منطقه موردمطالعه، دارای الگوی مکانی کپهای میباشند. این مهم بیانگر آن است دامنههای با جهتهای یکسان در محدوده تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلف بیشتر در مجاور یکدیگر پراکنش داشته و نظم آنها از الگوی خاصی پیروی میکند. علاوه بر آن، روابط متقابل بین آبراههها و جهت دامنههای شمالی در قطعه نمونه با استفاده از تابع دومتغیره g12(r) و O12(r)، ارتباط مثبت و تجمع آبراههها و دامنههای شمالی در همه فاصلهها در کنار یکدیگر را تائید کرد. تحلیل MCF نیز نشان داد که شیب بهعنوان یک عامل مؤثر دارای ارتباط متقابل مثبت با تراکم آبراههها بودند و احتمال وجود تراکم بیشتر آبراههها در شیبهای بیشتر، بهمراتب زیادتر از حالتی است که در آن شیب منطقه کم است. این موضوع بیانگر آن است که در شیبهای تندتر احتمال تشکیل آبراهه زیادتر از اراضی مسطح میباشد.نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی، با توجه به انرژی برشی آب در شیبهای تند، تعدد آبراههها نیز بهمراتب بیشتر خواهد بود. درنتیجه هدررفت خاک در شیبهای تند بیشتر از زمینهای مسطح خواهد بود. نهایتاً، استفاده از فنّاوری UAV برای بررسی دقیق الگوی مکانی نهشتهها بهمنظور مشاهدات و دادههای با دقت بالا و تصمیمگیری مدیران منابع طبیعی در جهت کاهش فرسایش خاک توصیه میشود.

حذف سرب از محلولهای آبی با استفاده از بیوچار و بیوماس هسته زیتون با سیستم جذب سطحی: مطالعات همدما و سینیتیک
سابقه و هدف: امروزه با توجه به تأثیر آلایندهها بر سلامت عمومی موجودات زنده و انسانها، شناسایی روشهای حذف آلایندههای سمی از منابع آبی، امری کاملا ضروری است. در حال حاضر استفاده از مواد جاذب در دسترس، زائد و ارزان قیمت مانند بیوچار، به عنوان جایگزینی مناسب در برابر روشهای پرهزینه برای حذف فلزات سنگین از محیط آب متداول شده است. هدف این پژوهش مطالعه و بررسی جذب سرب از محلولهای آبی توسط بیوچار تهیه شده از هسته زیتون و مطالعه اثر زمان تماس، پهاش محلول، غلظت اولیه محلول، مقادیر جاذب و بررسی همدماها و سینتیک فرآیند حذف سرب است.مواد و روشها: بیوچار هسته زیتون در دمای 600 درجه سلسیوس به مدت یک ساعت در شرایط بدون اکسیژن با تزریق گاز نیتروژن تولید گردید. ویژگی بیوچار و بیوماس هسته زیتون با میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی، طیف سنجی تبدیل فوریه مادون قرمز تعیین شد. سطح ویژه با روش متیلنبلو و مقادیر کربن، هیدروژن و نیتروژن با دستگاه CHN آنالیزر تعیین گردید. اثر زمان تماس (5/0 تا 16 ساعت)، پهاش محلول از 2 تا 8، مقدار جاذب از 2/0 تا 10 گرم بر لیتر و غلظت سرب از 25 تا 2500 میلیگرم بر لیتر بر کارایی حذف سرب از محلول آبی بررسی شد. همدماهای جذب توسط مدلهای لانگمویر و فروندلیچ انجام شد.یافتهها: طبق نتایج، ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی بیوچار هسته زیتون و بیوماس زیتون به ترتیب برابر با 42/57 و 125/8 سانتی مول بار بر کیلوگرم بهدست آمد. مقدار سطح ویژه در بیوچار و بیوماس هسته زیتون به ترتیب 2/13 و 92/3 متر مربع بر گرم بود. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) تائید کرد که بیوچار هسته زیتون نسبت به بیوماس هسته زیتون خلل و فرج بیشتری دارد. درصد کربن در بیوچار تهیه شده 5/1 برابر بیشتر از بیوماس هسته زیتون بود. نتایج جذب نشان داد که مقدار 31 تا 71 درصد از عنصر سرب در طی زمان تماس توسط بیوچار از محلول آبی حذف شد. بیشترین میزان جذب بعد از هشت ساعت مشاهده گردید. مقدار جذب سرب با افزایش پ-هاش محلول تا حدود پنج افزایش و سپس کاهش نشان داد. میزان بهینه جاذب برای بیوچار زیتون مقدار چهار گرم بر لیتر به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که جذب یون سرب توسط بیوچار زیتون از مدل همدمای لانگمویر تبعیت میکند. نتایج سینیتیک نشان داد که جذب سرب با مدل سینتیکی معادله شبه مرتبه دوم (99/0=R²) مطابقت دارد.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به به جنبههای اقتصادی تولید ترکیب بیوچار زیتون به عنوان جاذبی مناسب، کارآمد و ارزان قیمت برای حذف سرب توصیه میشود. این یافته ها میتواند اطلاعات مفیدی برای مدیریت زیست محیطی در زمینه حذف سرب در اطراف کارخانههای تولید سرب و مناطق آلوده استان زنجان ارائه دهد.

چکیده سابقه و هدف: هرچند شواهد بیانگر افزایش شوری و کاهش منابع آبوخاک است اما تقاضای روزافزون به مواد غذایی به دلیل رشد شدید جمعیت و کمبود منابع آب با کیفیت مناسب، استفاده از آبهای با کیفیت نامناسب و نامتعارف را اجتنابناپذیر نموده است. شوری از طریق سمیت عناصر، اختلال در جـذب عناصـر و کـاهش پتانسیل آب بر رشد گیاهان زراعی تأثیر میگذارد. مراحل استقرار و جوانهزنی از حساسترین مراحل رشد گیاه به شوری هستند و روشهای متعددی جهت کاهش اثرات منفی شوری آبوخاک و افزایش یکنواختی سبز شدن و درنهایت عملکرد گیاهان وجود دارد. کاربرد شوک الکتریکی و هیدروپرایمینگ به ترتیب ازجمله روشهای جدید و کاربردی افزایش مقاومت به شوری هستند. هرچند اطلاعات علمی کمی در مورد اثر شوک الکتریکی بر جوانهزنی گیاهان وجود دارد اما پرایمینگ بذر یکی از روشهای کاربردی و رایج کاهش اثرات منفی شوری اسـت این روشها باعث القای مقاومت اولیه به تنش شوری میگردند. بدین منظور آزمایشی با هدف بررسی اثر پرایمینگ و شوک الکتریکی بر جوانهزنی و برخی صفات اولیه رویشی گندم انجام شد.مواد و روشها: در شرایط آزمایشگاه آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل سه عاملی در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال 95 در آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی گیاهان دارویی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربتحیدریه پیاده گردید. فاکتورها شامل پرایم بذور در دو سطح (عدم پرایم و پرایم با آب مقطر به مدت 48 ساعت)، شوک الکتریکی در دو سطح (عدم شوک و اعمال شوک الکتریکی با ولتاژ 20 کیلووات) و شوری در سه سطح (آب مقطر به عنوان شاهد، 200 و 400 میلیمولار) بود. آزمایش مزرعهای بهصورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سال زراعی 96-1395 در سایت تحقیقاتی گیاهان دارویی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربتحیدریه انجام شد. تیمارهای تنش شوری بهعنوان کرت اصلی و سطوح شوک و پیش تیمار بهصورت فاکتوریل در کرت فرعی اعمال گردید. تیمارها مشابه با آزمایش جوانهزنی اعمال گردید. با توجه به اینکه آب مورداستفاده برای آبیاری مزرعه شوری حدود دو دسیزیمنس بر متر داشت بهعنوان تیمار شاهد در نظر گرفته شد.یافتهها: نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد تأثیر پرایم بذور، القای شوک الکتریکی و شوری و اثر متقابل آنها در سطح یک درصد در تمامی صفات موردمطالعه دارای تأثیر معنیداری بوده است. بررسی نتایج اثرات ساده سه عامل مستقل نشان داد پرایم بذور قبل از کشت باعث افزایش تمامی صفات جوانهزنی موردمطالعه (غیر از سرعت جوانهزنی) شده است. نتایج مزرعهای نشان داد صفات موردمطالعه تحت تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف پرایم، شوک و شوری قرار گرفتند و پرایم بذور و اعمال شوک الکتریکی باعث افزایش معنیدار تعداد سنبله در مترمربع، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزاردانه، کلروفیل آ، ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد دانه و بیولوژیک و همچنین شاخص برداشت گندم گردیده و افزایش سطوح شوری باعث کاهش معنیدار صفات مذکور شد. میزان کاهش صفات موردمطالعه به دلیل افزایش سطوح شوری در شرایط عدم پرایم-عدم شوک نسبت به شرایط اعمال پرایم-القای شوک، بیشتر بود.نتیجهگیری: کاربرد شوک الکتریکی و هیدروپرایمینگ میتواند در افزایش قدرت جوانهزنی و رشد اولیه گندم و درنتیجه افزایش توان رقابت با علفهای هرز شده و به دنبال آن در شرایط مزرعه کاربرد شوک و پیش تیمار بذور باعث افزایش عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم بهویژه در شرایط تنش شوری شده است.

تحلیل تعامل بخش کشاورزی و صنعت در تخصیص آب با رویکرد بازی های غیرهمکارانه
سابقه و هدف: مدیریت منابع آب اغلب با مناقشاتی نظیر عدم رضایت آببران از میزان آب تخصیصیافته به آنها همراه است. در تخصیص منابع آب، ذینفعان مختلفی نقش دارند و میزان تخصیص آب به هریک از آنها، بر نوع رفتار استراتژیک آنان تأثیرگذار است. نظریهی بازیها روشی برای مطالعه رفتار استراتژیک تصمیمگیرندگان در مسائل مربوط به منابع آب با هدف تدوین استراتژیهای مناسب است و میتواند در مدلسازی تخصیص آب مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش، نظریهی بازیهای غیرهمکارانه با کاربرد تعاریف پایداری برای مدلسازی توافق دو جانبه بین بخشهای صنعت و کشاورزی در شرایط نابرابر مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش، مسئله تخصیص آب با استفاده از تعاریف مختلف پایداری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هر یک از دو بخش صنعت و کشاورزی برای گسترش فعالیت خود نیاز به افزایش حجم آب دریافتی دارند. بخش کشاورزی در صورت دریافت هزینه، مقداری از آب تخصیصیافته به خود را به بخش صنعت خواهد داد و این درحالی است که بخش صنعت میتواند بهجای پرداخت هزینه، ابزار و ماشینآلات مورد نیاز بخش کشاورزی را تهیه کند. بخش کشاورزی دو استراتژی تقسیم آب و عدم تقسیم آب را دارد، درحالیکه بخش صنعت نیز دو استراتژی پرداخت و عدم پرداخت مالی را پیشرو دارد. برای حل این مسئله ارتباط دادن این بازی و یک بازی دیگر که در آن بخش صنعت بر بخش کشاورزی دارای امتیازاتی میباشد را میتوان پیشنهاد نمود. در این حالت میتوان امتیازهای انحصاری هر بخش را درنظر گرفت که در این صورت هر یک از دو بخش کشاورزی و صنعت از مزیتهای همکارانه در این بازی، سود خواهند برد و تمایل کمتری به رفتار غیرهمکارانه از خود نشان میدهند.یافتهها: در این پژوهش، بخشهای صنعت و کشاورزی میتوانند در بازی به سه شکل رفتار کنند:1- هر دو رفتار همکارانه داشته باشند. 2- هر دو رفتار غیرهمکارانه داشته باشند. 3- یکی از دو طرف رفتار همکارانه و دیگری رفتار غیرهمکارانه داشته باشد. اگرچه هردو بخش صنعت و کشاورزی ممکن است به یکدیگر پرداختهای مالی داشته باشند، اما پیامدهایی که همراه با پرداخت مالی باشند، بر اساس پایداریهای نش، حرکت محدود و Non-Myopic، پایدار نمیباشد. نتایج نشان میدهد که پرداخت مالی، در این بازی ترکیبی راه حل مناسبی نمیباشد. درصورتی که پرداخت مالی غیرعملی در نظر گرفته شود، همهی استراتژیهای مرتبط با آن را میتوان حذف نمود. در نتیجه بازی ترکیبی، به بازی کوچکتری تبدیل میشود. هر یک از دو بخش کشاورزی و صنعت، تمایلی به تغییر از رفتار همکارانه را بهدلیل تهدیدهای ممکن از سوی بخش دیگر، ندارند. بهعبارت دیگر، در صورتیکه بخش کشاورزی تصمیم به تغییر رفتار را برای افزایش پیامد خود اتخاذ کند، بخش صنعت نیز تصمیم خود را تغییر خواهد داد. این دقیقا رفتاری است که مطابق پایداریهای GMR SMR SEQ ,Lh ,Non-Myopic نیز میباشد.نتیجهگیری: در این پژوهش، از نظریهی بازیهای غیرهمکارانه و تعاریف پایداری بهمنظور مدلسازی تخصیص آب و توافق دوجانبه از سوی بخشهای صنعت و کشاورزی استفاده گردید. مفهوم پایداری نش در پیدا کردن حل نهایی مسائل منابع آب که اغلب بهشکل بازیهای پویا و چند حرکته هستند، ممکن است کارآمد نباشد. پایداری Non-Myopic رفتار یک بازیکن را با اطلاعات کامل از تعاملات بازیکنان شبیهسازی میکند، که ممکن است برای مسائل منابع آبی نامناسب باشد، زیرا بازیکنان در دنیای واقعی نمیتوانند بیش از چند حرکت را در نظر بگیرند و در آینده واکنش نشان دهند. سایر تعاریف پایداری معرفی شده میتوانند امکان حل مناقشات آبی را بهتر پیشبینی کنند. کاربرد این مفاهیم پایداری میتواند کارایی مدلهای مناقشات منابع آب را بهبود بخشد. زمانیکه عدم قطعیت در رفتار بازیکنان وجود دارد، کاربرد مفاهیم پایداری سودمند بوده و میتواند راهکار مناسبی جهت تصمیمگیری بهتر در مسایل مدیریتی ارائه نماید.

سابقه و هدف: با توجه به رشد روزافزون تقاضای آب در بخش های مختلف از یک طرف و کاهش نزولات جوی و عدم توازن مکانی و زمانی آن از طرف دیگر باعث شده که کمبود آب یکی از مشکلات اساسی کشاورزان مناطق مختلف باشد که برداشت بیرویه از منابع آب زیرزمینی و خطر افت سطح سفرههای آب زیرزمینی را در پی خواهد داشت. بر این اساس برنامهریزی جهت استفاده بهینه از منابع آب موجود با معرفی الگوی کشت مناسب با در نظر گرفتن سود حداکثری و مصرف حداقلی آب ضروری است. لذا در این پژوهش ضمن مقایسه دو روش برنامه ریزی خطی معمولی و برنامه ریزی آرمانی، الگوی کشت بهینه و میزان برداشت بهینه از منابع آب زیرزمینی در شهرستان های گرگان و کردکوی واقع در استان گلستان که بخش اعظمی از آنها در حوضه آبریز قرهسو قرار گرفته است، معرفی می-گردد.مواد و روش: حوضه آبریز قرهسو واقع در استان گلستان به علت دارا بودن بخش مهمی از اراضی کشاورزی و همچنین قطب مهم کشاورزی استان، به عنوان منطقه مطالعاتی در این پژوهش در نظر گرفته شدهاند. پس از تهیه اطلاعات مربوط به سطح زیرکشت، هزینه تولید و قیمت فروش محصولات عمده کشاورزی، نیاز خالص آبیاری با لحاظ راندمان آبیاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار NETWAT محاسبه شد. با جمع آوری اطلاعات مربوط به پتانسیل برداشت آب زیرزمینی، الگوی کشت بهینه و میزان برداشت بهینه آب زیرزمینی با دو روش برنامه ریزی خطی متعارف و آرمانی با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت بازار فروش و همچنین لحاظ کردن آرمانهای افزایش سود و کاهش مصرف آب تعیین و با یکدیگر مقایسه گردید.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با لحاظ الگوی کشت بهینه پیشنهادی حاصل از مدل برنامهریزی خطی متعارف میتوان مصرف آب را در دو شهرستان گرگان و کردکوی به ترتیب 6/19 و 8/8 درصد کاهش و سود حاصل از تولید محصولات کشاورزی را در شهرستانهای گرگان و کردکوی به ترتیب 6/12 و 4/10 درصد افزایش داد. مدل برنامهریزی خطی متعارف کاشت محصولاتی از قبیل گندم، برنج، سیبزمینی و ذرت علوفهای را در شهرستان گرگان و محصولات گندم، برنج، سویای بهاره دیم و پنبه تابستانه در شهرستان کردکوی را پیشنهاد میدهد در صورتیکه مدل برنامهریزی آرمانی الگوی کشت بهینه را با افزایش 5 درصد سود در هر دو شهرستان، همراه با کاهش 46 و 47 درصد مصرف آب به ترتیب در دو شهرستان گرگان و کرکوی ارائه میدهد. نتایج مدل برنامهریزی آرمانی نشان داد که بیشترین کشت در شهرستان گرگان می بایست گندم، برنج، گوجهفرنگی، کلزا و در شهرستان کردکوی گندم، برنج و سویای بهاره دیم باشد.نتیجهگیری: نتایج مدل برنامه ریزی خطی به کار رفته در این تحقیق متعارف و آرمانی جهت معرفی الگوی کشت بهینه در شهرستانهای گرگان و کردکوی نشان داد که الگوی فعلی کشت در وضعیت بهینه نیست ولی میتوان با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش مصرف آب را که یک کالای ارزشمند در این منطقه است تا 46 درصد در شهرستان گرگان و 47 درصد در شهرستان کردکوی کاهش داد و این کاهش مصرف آب نه تنها با کاهش سود بلکه با افزایش سود 5 درصدی در هر دو شهرستان نیز همراه خواهد بود.

اثر تیمارهای تلفیقی پساب تصفیه شده شهری بر آبیاری گیاه کینوا
سابقه و هدف:افزایش روز افزون جمعیت همگام با معضل بحران جهانی منابع آب شیرین، استفاده از منابع آبی نا متعارف در بخش کشاورزی، به عنوان بزرگ ترین مصرف کننده ی آب شیرین، به ویژه در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک را ضروری می سازد. از آن جایی که یکی از اهداف مهم در کشاورزی پایدار با توجه به بحران منابع آبی، افزا یش بهره وری مصرف آب می باشد، لذا استفاده از تکنیک ها یی جهت رسیدن به این مهم ضرور ی است. با توجه به کمبود آب های با کیفیت، استفاده از آب های نا متعارف ( پساب تصفیه شده شهری ) بیش از پیش مورد توجه است.مواد و روش ها :به منظور بررسی اثر تیمار های مختلف پساب تصفیه شده شهری بر عملکرد و اجزا ی گیاه کینوا رقم Titicaca در سال 1396 آزمایشی در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. این تحقیق بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با 3 تکرار در شرایط گل خانه ای و در گلدان اجرا گرد ید. تیمار های مورد برر سی در این پژوهش شامل آب شهری ، پساب شهری، یک در میان پساب شهری ، اختلاط 50 : 50 پساب شهری و آب شهری ، و آبیاری زیر سطحی با پساب شهری بودند. قبل از شروع آزمایش خواص شیمیایی و فیزیکی آب و خاک مورد استفاده در آز مایشگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در انتها تحلیل آماری صفات مورد بررسی با استفاده از نرم افزار SAS ( ver 9 . 0 ) انجام گرفت . مقایسه میانگین ها نیز با استفاده از آزمون LSD در سطح 5 درصد انجام شد.یافته ها :نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای مورد بررسی بر تعداد برگ، وزن تر اندام هوایی، ارتفاع، شاخص سبزینگی و سطح برگ در سطح احتمال یک درصد موثر بودند، ولی بر تعداد شاخه فرعی ، وزن خشک اندام هوا یی و قطر ساقه در سطح احتمال 5 درصد معنی دار شدند . طبق نتایج تحقیق ، استفاده از پساب تصفیه شده شهری منجر به افزایش کلیه صفات گردید.نتیجه گیری :تیمار پساب شهری، متناوب یک در میان ، اختلاط 50 : 50 پساب شهری ، و آبیاری زیر سطحی پساب شهری منجر به افزایش 5/62، 5/37، 3/58 و 1/93 درصدی عملکرد کل شدند. این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از آب فاضلاب تصفیه شده ضمن افزایش عملکرد گیاه کینوا می تواند باعث صرفه جویی در هزینه های تامین و مصرف کود های شیمیایی شود.

کاربرد روش GLUEدر برآورد عدم قطعیت پارامترهای آلفا و n در منحنی رطوبتی خاک
سابقه و هدف: منحنی رطوبتی خاک یک مفهوم کلیدی در فرآیند مدلسازی مطالعات فیزیکی و هیدرولوژی خاک است که نقش تعیین کنندهای در مدیریت آب و خاک دارد. از طرفی، دقت مدلهای مورد استفاده در توصیف منحنی رطوبتی خاک متاثر از روند تغییرات پارامترهای آن است. تجزیه و تحلیل میزان عدمقطعیت پارامترهای هیدرولیکی منحنی رطوبتی خاک در فرآیند مدلسازی، تعیین پارامترهای ورودی مدلها و ارزیابی میزان عملکرد مدلها نقش بسزائی دارد. از اینرو هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی کاربرد روش شبیهسازی GLUE که یک روش شبیهسازی مبتنی بر روش مونتکارلو است، در برآورد میزان عدم قطعیت متغیرهای آلفا و n در سه مدل ونگنوختن، ونگنوختن- معلم و ونگنوختن- بوردین با ثابت فرض نمودن سایر پارامترهای منحنی رطوبتی خاک، میباشد.مواد و روشها: ابتدا از دو نمونه خاک غالب مزرعه دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان نمونهبرداری صورت گرفت و سپس با استفاده از دادههای حاصل از دستگاه صفحه فشاری و نرمافزار RETC، منحنی رطوبتی خاک برای هر دو نمونه خاک (کلاس بافتی شن لومی و لوم رس سیلتی) بر پایه هر سه مدل مذکور، رسم و پارامترهای منحنی رطوبتی آنها استخراج شد، سپس با استفاده از روش GLUE، میزان عدم قطعیت پارامترهای آلفا و n در هر سه مدل بررسی شد. همچنین در ادامه براساس عملکرد GLUE میزان عدمقطعیت ذاتی هر یک از سه مدل برای هر کدام از کلاسهای بافتی مورد مطالعه، تحت بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نمودار پسین برای هریک از پارامترهای هیدرولیکی مورد مطالعه برای هر سه مدل مذکور در هر کلاس بافتی بدست آمد، محدوده اطمینان 95 درصد از شبیهسازی نقاط منحنی رطوبتی خاک نیز برای هر سه مدل در هر دو کلاس بافتی به عنوان خروجی اصلی این تحقیق حاصل شد. برای کمّیسازی میزان عدمقطعیت مدلها 4 شاخص ارزیابی عدمقطعیت محاسبه و بررسی گردید. برپایه شاخصهای ارزیابی بهترین مدل برای بافت لوم رس سیلتی و شن لومی به ترتیب مدل ونگنوختن-معلم (71/85= PCI ، 2013/0 d-factor=، 079/0 S=، 4642/0 T=) و مدل ونگنوختن (75/28= PCI ، 0766/0 d-factor= ، 6453/0 S=، 1034/1 T=) میباشد.نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از نمودارهای توزیع پسین نشان داد که متغیرهای هیدرولیکی آلفا و n در روند واسنجی از قابلیت شناسایی کمتری برخوردار بوده و نمیتوان دامنه بهینه برای آنها تعیین نمود، از اینرو این دو متغیر نقش عمدهای در عدمقطعیت منحنی رطوبتی خاک دارند. همچنین بررسی عدمقطعیت هر سه مدل نشان داد که روش GLUE بهخوبی توانسته است نقاط منحنی رطوبتی خاک را برآورد نماید بهطوری که منحنی رطوبتی حاصل از نرمافزار RETC برای هر سه مدل در هر دو کلاس بافتی در محدوده اطمینان 95 درصد قرار گرفت. قرار گرفتن حدود 85 درصد از نقاط منحنی رطوبتی خاک برای بافت لوم رسی سیلتی در محدوده اطمینان 95 درصد، بیانگر توانایی بالای روش GLUE است.

ویژگیهای جذب سرب توسط بقایای هرس انگور و بیوچار آن از محلول های آبی
سابقه و هدف: سرب (Pb) یکی از سمّیترین فلزات سنگین و از آلایندههای مرسوم در محیطهای خاکی و محلولهای آبی است که منشأ عمده آن، زهکشی و تخلیه روانابهای سطحی از صنایع میباشد. سرب را میتوان از طریق فرایند جذب توسط جاذبهای طبیعی به طور مؤثری از محیط حذف نمود. بیوچار جاذبی است که از گرماکافت مواد اولیه در شرایط بدون اکسیژن یا شرایط کمبود اکسیژن تولید میشود و معمولاً توانایی جذب فلزات سنگین را به دلیل سطح ویژه و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی بالا دارد. با توجه به فراوانی بقایای هرس سرشاخههای انگور در باغات انگور و امکان استفاده از این بقایا به عنوان جاذب آلی و کمهزینه، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی جذب سرب توسط بقایای هرس انگور بیوچار آن از محلولهای آبی بود.مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی رفتار جذب سرب توسط بقایای هرس انگور و بیوچار آن از محلولهای آبی، آزمایشی به صورت پیمانهای با غلظتهای اولیه سرب (200-0 میلیگرم بر لیتر) در سه سطح pH (3، 4 و 5)، سه قدرت یونی (01/0، 03/0، 1/0 مولار) در چهار دما (10 تا 40 درجه سلسیوس) با محلول زمینه نیتراتسدیم انجام گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت اولیه و pH و کاهش قدرت یونی، ظرفیت جذب سرب افزایش یافت. مدل جذب لانگمیر و دوبینین-رادوشکویچ نسبت به مدلهای فروندلیچ و تمکین بر دادههای آزمایشی با برازش بهتری داشتند. مقدار پارامترهای ظرفیت جذب (qmax، KF، B، qD) و شدت جذب (1/n، KL، KT) در بیوچار بقایای هرس انگور در مقایسه بقایای هرس انگور بیشتر بدست آمد. مقدار جذب سرب تحت تاثیر دمای محلول بود و با افزایش دمای محلول، جذب سرب افزایش یافت، به طوری که بیشترین مقدار جذب در دمای 40 درجه سلسیوس بدست آمد. مقادیر انرژی آزاد جذب (E) محاسبه شده از طریق معادله دوبینین-رادوشکویچ (6/3 تا 6/7 کیلو ژول بر مول) و مقادیر منفی انرژی آزاد گیبس (ΔG) (16- تا 21- کیلوژول بر مول) به ترتیب بیانگر جذب فیزیکی سرب بر روی جاذبها و خودبخودی واکنش جذب سرب بر روی بقایای هرس انگور و بیوچار حاصل از آن بود. مقادیر انتروپی (ΔH) و آنتالپی (ΔH) برای بقایای هرس انگور به ترتیب 002/0 ژول بر مول بر کلوین و 31/0 کیلو ژول بر مول و برای بیوچار بقایای هرس انگور به ترتیب 002/0 ژول بر مول بر کلوین و 40/0 کیلو ژول بر مول بدست آمد که نشاندهنده تمایل جاذبهای آلی برای جذب سرب و گرماگیر بودن فرآیند جذب بود. نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که برای بهینهسازی pH و قدرت یونی برای رسیدن به حداکثر جذب میتوان از آزمایشهای همدما و برای یافتن دمای مطلوب برای دستیابی به جذب مؤثر با جاذب از مطالعات ترمودینامیکی بهره جست. همچنین نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که بقایای هرس انگور و بیوچار آن جاذبی موثر، ارزان قیمت، فراوان و قابل دسترس برای جذب سرب از منابع آبی آلوده و پساب میباشد.

سابقه و هدف: تخمین بار رسوبی در رودخانه بمنظور طراحی سازههای تقاطعی و حفاظت و احیای رودخانه از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. حمل بار بستر در مسیرهای آبرفتی بطور وسیعی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و معادلات متفاوتی بر اساس اطلاعات آزمایشگاهی یا صحرایی ارائه شده است. برآورد نرخ حمل بار بستر با استفاده از معادلات مختلف نتایج متفاوتی می دهند که همیشه قابل اعتماد نیستند. با توجه به پیچیدگی اندرکنش رفتار رسوب و جریان، هنوز نسبت ناجوریِ بالایی بین مقادیر پیشبینی شده و مقادیر اندازهگیری شده وجود دارد. لذا بایستی در هر رودخانه با توجه به شرایط هیدرولیک و هندسی آن، بهترین رابطه که از دقت بالاتری جهت تخمین بار بستر برخوردار است، انتخاب شود. برای دستیابی به رابطه ای که میزان برآورد بهتری ارایه دهد، باید شرایط منطقه مورد مطالعه را با شرایط و فرضیاتی که هر یک از روابط در آن شکل گرفته اند، به دقت مقایسه و بررسی کرد تا بتوان به جواب مناسب تر و منطقی تری که به واقعیت نزدیک باشد، دست یافت. بنابراین دستیابی به شیوه های نوین و خلاقانه که بتواند ضمن افزایش سرعت و دقت در محاسبات، روش های مختلف برآورد بار رسوبی را در رودخانه ها مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد دارای اهمیت بسیار زیادی است. با توجه به روش های مختلف برآورد بار رسوبی در رودخانه ها و همچنین حجم بالای محاسبات آن ها، نیاز به یک نرم افزار جامع محاسباتی برای افزایش دقت و سرعت و همچنین برای مقایسه ی نتایج مختلف بدست آمده از این روش ها در این زمینه احساس می شود.مواد و روشها: با توجه به اینکه هنوز نرم افزاری که بتواند اکثر معادلات موجود را برای محاسبه بار رسوبی در رودخانه بکار گرفته و از بین آنها بهترین معادله را ارایه کند، وجود ندارد، در این تحقیق با توسعه یک نرم افزار کاربر پسند به نام Sediment Transport Estimator(STE) که به زبان برنامه نویسی VB.NET و در محیط ویندوز طراحی شده است، توانایی رابطههای موجود در برآورد بار بستر رودخانه بابل رود استان مازندران در 3 بازه با نام های انارستان، درون کلاً غربی و کلاریکلا و در 13 مقطع که در آنها بار بستر اندازهگیری میشود، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. با توسعه این نرم افزار همزمان میتوان بهترین روایط تخمین رسوب را در بازههای مختلفی از یک رودخانه و یا تعدادی رودخانه مختلف بدست آورد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از نرم افزار توسعه یافته، بهترین روش برای برآورد بار بستر در رودخانه مورد مطالعه، روش توفالتی با فراوانی نسبت ناجوری بین نیم تا دو 69.2 درصد میباشد. در این حالت فراوانی نسبت ناجوری بین نیم تا دو برای بازههای انارستان، درونکلا و کلاریکلا بترتیب 66.7، 100 و 50 درصد میباشد.نتیجه گیری: معادلههای توفالتی، یانگ، یالین، اینشتین-براون و ایکرز-وایت به ترتیب، نتایج مناسبتری نسبت به سایر معادلات ارائه میدهند و معادلهی توفالتی که در آن 69.2 درصد از دادهها در دامنهی نسبت ناجوری بین 5/0 تا 2 قرار میگیرند، بهترین نتایج را ارائه میدهد.

تاثیر سوپر جاذب 200 A و کود پتاسیم بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم دیم در یک خاک لسی
سابقه و هدف: عنصر پتاسیم یکی از عناصر تشکیلدهندهی خاک و گیاه است. بعضی از گیاهان قادرند پتاسیم موجود در خاک را تا حدود هشت درصد وزن خشک خود جذب نمایند. درجه کم دانهبندی و سطح ویژه زیاد خاک (لایه دوگانه پخشیده الکتریکی) مانع پخشیدگی سریع پتاسیم به سمت ریشه میشود. هدف از این مطالعه تأثیر پلیمر سوپرجاذب 200 Aو کود پتاسیم بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم دیم در یک خاک لسی بود.مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش، تأثیر کود پتاسیم و پلیمر سوپرجاذب A200 بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم و جذب عناصر غذایی توسط گیاه گندم ارزیابی شد. تحلیل آماری پژوهش در قالب طرح اسپلیت بود. پلاتهای اصلی کود سولفات پتاسیم در دو سطح با مصرف پتاسیم (200 کیلوگرم در هکتار سولفات پتاسیم معادل 83 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و عدم مصرف آن بودند و پلاتهای فرعی با چهار سطح سوپرجاذب 200 A (0 و 500 و 1000 و 2000کیلوگرم در هکتار) طی سال زراعی 93-92 در مزرعه شماره 1 دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان (واقع در سید میران) اجرا شدند مقدار کود مصرفی براساس نتایج آزمون خاک و نتایج گزارش شده توسط محقق دیگر به صورت پخش سطحی قبل از کشت به خاک اضافه و مخلوط شدند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزارSAS و مقایسه میانگینها با روش LSD انجام شد.یافتهها: بررسیها نشان میدهد که با افزایش مصرف پتاسیم، عملکرد دانه و کاه، تعداد پنجه بارور و تعداد خوشه در متر و وزن هزار دانه، تعداد پنجه بارور، تعداد خوشه در مترمربع، تعداد دانه در خوشه، تعداد سنبلچه در خوشه، طول ساقه و طول خوشه افزایش یافت. همچنین مصرف سوپرجاذب 200A به میزان 2000 کیلوگرم در هکتار بیشترین عملکرد را با میانگین 74/4489 کیلوگرم در هکتار داشت و بیشترین عملکرد دانه در کرت با پتاسیم میزان عملکرد بیشتری نسبت به کرت بدون پتاسیم داشت یعنی اثر متقابل مصرف پتاسیم توأم با پلیمر معنیدار شد. بیشترین کود پتاسیم و پلیمر سوپرجاذب، مؤثر در افزایش عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم به دست آمد. با افزایش جذب پتاسیم، جذب ازت و کارایی مصرف آن افزایش مییابد و همچنین همبستگی بین برداشت پتاسیم توسط دانه و کاه با عملکرد دانه و کاه نیز بالا بوده است که مقدار همبستگی با عملکرد دانه و کاه به ترتیب 83/0 و 73/0 است.نتیجهگیری: افزایش رطوبت خاک موجب پخشیدگی بیشتر پتاسیم به سمت ریشهها شد و همچنین با افزایش دادن فعالیت میکروبی و تجزیه مواد آلی ممکن است موجب افزایش غلظت پتاسیم و ازت خاک و افزایش عملکرد شود.
