کاربرد چارچوب سلسلهمراتبی چند مقیاسی برای تفکیک واحدهای مکانی آبخیزها (مطالعه موردی:آبخیز تیل آباد_استان گلستان)
چکیدهسابقه و هدف: برای توصیف و ارزیابی تمام پیچیدگیها و همچنین تدوین برنامههای مدیریتی اکوسیستمهای رودخانهای ضرورت دارد تمامی مؤلفهها در مقیاسهای مکانی و زمانی مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گیرند. در این خصوص چارچوب سلسلهمراتبی- چند مقیاسی با رویکرد انعطافپذیر، فرآیند محور و قابل توسعه در طی پروژه " بازسازی رودخانهها برای مدیریت موثر حوضه" ( (REFORM، ارائه شده است که به متخصصان و مدیران حوضه رودخانهای کمک کند تا با جزییات بیشتر فرآیندها، عوامل و محرکهای اساسی هیدروموفولوژیکی را شناسایی و ویژگیهای آنها را در هر مقیاس تشریح نمایند. بهطورکلی چارچوب ارزیابی هیدرومورفولوژیکی و چرخه برنامه مدیریت در حوضههای رودخانهای شامل چهار مرحله اصلی: 1) مرزبندی و توصیف خصوصیات واحدهای مکانی 2) ارزیابی وضعیت هیدرومورفولوژیکی گذشته تاکنون و گرایش آینده 3) شناسایی و اولویتبندی فشارها 4) تدوین برنامه مدیریتی و پیادهسازی اقدامات ساماندهی و احیا است. مقاله حاضر به معرفی و کاربرد اولین مرحله چارچوب مذکور در حوزه آبخیز تیلآباد (استان گلستان-شمال ایران) پرداخته است.تفکیک واحدهای مکانی مختلف حوزه مورد مطالعه به صورت سلسلهمراتبی این امکان را فراهم می کند که در ابتدا واحدهای مکانی همگن از ناحیه تا واحدهای ژئومورفیک را شناسایی و سپس ارتباط مکانی و فرآیندهای هیدرومورفولوژیکی بین آنها را شناسایی نمود. همچنین این امکان فراهم میشود که اثرات هیدرومورفولوژیکی ناشی از هر فشار طبیعی و انسانی را شناسایی و روند اثرات آنها به طور سلسله مراتبی در مقیاس های مکانی مختلف بخصوص در واحد مکانی بازه ردیابی نمود. مواد و روش: تکنیک سنجش از راه دور و GIS به همراه چند سری پیمایش میدانی تکمیلی و همچنین برخی از آمار و اطلاعات از جمله هیدرولوژی، آب و هوا، توپوگرافی، زمینشناسی و کاربری اراضی، ویژگیهای مورفولوژیکی دره، آبراهه و دشت سیلابی جهت تفکیک حوزه آبخیز به واحدهای مکانی شامل: نواحی جغرافیایی، آبخیز، سیمای منظر، واحد بخش رودخانه و واحد مکانی بازه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. ناحیههای جغرافیایی از طریق سایت اینترنتی ناحیههای جغرافیایی جهان و با انطباق آن با نقشه ناحیه ها موجود در سازمان جنگلها، مراتع و آبخیزداری کشور به دست آمد. همچنین با استفاده از نقشه پوشش گیاهی، نقشه پهنه بندی بارش سالانه در طی دوره آماری و تصاویر گوگل ارث حدود مرز آنها کنترل گردید. مرز حوزه آبخیز تیلآباد با استفاده از اطلاعات توپوگرافی، لایه رقومی ارتفاعی (DEM)، شبکه رودخانه و لایه نقطهای خروجی حوضه از طریق ابزار GIS ترسیم گردید. واحدهای سیمای منظر بر اساس عوامل توپوگرافی، زمینشناسی، پوشش گیاهی و کاربری اراضی که به عنوان کنترلکننده اصلی فرآیندهای هیدرومورفولوژی هستند بدست آمد. سپس رودخانه تیلآباد بر مبنای تغییرات عمده در شیب دره، الحاق سرشاخههای اصلی به رودخانه و شاخص درجه محدودیت در تغییرپذیری عرضی رودخانه توسط دامنه دره به چند واحد مکانی بخش تفکیک گردید. واحدهای مکانی بخش بر مبنای ویژگیهای مورفولوژی و الگوی آبراهه، تغییرات شیب و قطر رسوبات بستر، تغییرات دبی و بار رسوب ناشی از اتصال شاخههای فرعی، نوع و شاخص محدودیت عرضی رودخانه و وجود موانع ناپیوسته مانند پل و بندهای اصلاحی که اختلال در تداوم طولی انتقال آب و رسوب ایجاد میکنند به چندین واحد مکانی بازه تفکیک شدند.یافته ها: بر اساس چارچوب مذکور، واحدهای مکانی در حوضه مورد مطالعه به طور سلسله مراتبی شامل دو واحد ناحیه جغرافیای زیستی، یک واحد آبخیز، چهار واحد سیمای منظر، هشت واحد بخش رودخانه و 26 بازه رودخانهای میباشد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق به عنوان اولین مرحله چارچوب مذکور این امکان فراهم شد که با تعیین ساختار سلسه مراتبی واحدهای مکانی مختلف حوزه آبخیز تیلآباد، حدود انواع واحدهای مکانی را مشخص و ارتباط مکانی و ویژگیهای ساختاری بین آنها را نمایش داده شود.. شایان ذکر است

ارزیابی خشکسالی بر اساس پایداری طولانی مدت روند بارش و دما در حوضه دره رود اردبیل
سابقه و هدف: ازجمله مخاطرات طبیعی مهم که با توجه به آسیبهای گسترده، بر تعداد قابلتوجه از انسانها تأثیر میگذارد، خشکسالی است. همچنین خشکسالی، پدیدهای است که مستقیماً به مسأله کمبود آب مربوط میشود و به دلیل برگشتپذیر بودن میتواند جنبههای مختلف زندگی انسان و محیطزیست را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. خشکسالی تقریباً تمامی عوامل تعیینکننده چرخه هیدرولوژیکی از آغاز بارش و سپس جریان آب سطحی و درنهایت ذخیرهسازی در آبهای زیرزمینی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. بنابراین در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به نتایج روند پایدار بارش و دما در حوضه دره رود اردبیل، شاخص SPI بهعنوان شاخص متکی بر بارش با شاخص RDI بهعنوان شاخص ترکیبکننده پارامترهای تبخیر و تعرق بالقوه و بارش، در بازههای زمانی مختلف با یکدیگر مقایسه و ارزیابیشد.مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش بهمنظور شناسایی دورههای خشکسالی و ترسالی، از دادههای بارندگی ماهانه، کمینه و بیشینه دمای ماهانه هفت ایستگاه سینوپتیک در بازه زمانی 30 ساله (2014-1985) در حوضه درهرود اردبیل واقع در شمال غرب ایران استفاده شد. بهمنظور شناسایی روند در سری زمانی بارش و دما در این پژوهش با استفاده مدلهای Man-Kendall(MK) و Sen's slope(Sen) صورت گرفت و بهمنظور ارزیابی پایداری طولانیمدت روند در سری زمانی دادهها از منحنی LOWESS (در سطح معنیداری 5٪) استفاده شد. همچنین با استفاده از شاخص خشکی، چهار ایستگاه در منطقه خشک و سه ایستگاه در منطقه نیمهخشک واقع شدند. بهمنظور محاسبه شاخص RDI از مقادیر تبخیر و تعرق بالقوه استفاده شد. مقدار PET در شاخص RDI با استفاده از اطلاعات درجه حرارت ماهانه و با روش هارگریوز به دست آمد. در ادامه هر دو شاخص در بازههای زمانی 3، 6، 9 و 12 ماهه با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند.یافتهها: نتایج روند من-کندال نشان داد که در سری زمانی مقادیر بارش، ماههای نوامبر و فوریه و در سری زمانی مقادیر دما، ماههای اکتبر و دسامبر هیچ روندی در ایستگاههای موردمطالعه مشاهده نشد. این در حالی است که در سایر ماهها و حتی مقادیر سالانه و فصلی، همه ایستگاهها حداقل یک مورد روند در سری زمانی بارش و دما را تجربه کردهاند. همچنین نتایج منحنی LOWESS نشان داد که دمای سالانه در همه ایستگاهها از یک سناریو افزایشی پیروی میکند. درحالیکه بارندگی رفتار متفاوتی و اغلب کاهشی دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که شاخصهای SPI و RDI در مقیاسهای زمانی مختلف و طبقات خشکسالی و ترسالی بسیار مشابه یکدیگر رفتار کرده و مقدار R2 در بسیاری از موارد 90/0 است. شدیدترین خشکسالی مشاهدهشده در مدلهای SPI و RDI مربوط به ایستگاه اردبیل در سال آبی 2010-2011 و در مقیاس 3 ماهه است که مقادیر آن به ترتیب -3/11 و -3/09 بوده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که RDI مقادیر ترسالی شدید و خیلی شدید را بزرگتر از SPI نشان میدهد. درنهایت هر دو شاخص مشابهتهای زیادی با یکدیگر دارند اما به دلیل استفاده RDI از PET میتواند برای مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک ایران، بهصورت گستردهتر مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.نتیجهگیری: بهمنظور مقایسه رویدادهای خشکسالی و ترسالی در حوضه آبریز دره رود اردبیل واقع در شمال غرب ایران از دو شاخص SPI و RDI استفاده شد. با توجه به اقلیم خشک و نیمهخشک اکثر مناطق ایران، مقدار بارش صفر در برخی از فصول محتمل است؛ بنابراین شاخصهای متکی بر بارندگی مانند SPI ممکن است کارایی کمتری نسبت به شاخص RDI که علاوه بر بارندگی، تبخیر و تعرق بالقوه (PET) را نیز در فرمولاسیون خود لحاظ میکند، داشته باشد. با توجه به اهمیت پارامتر PET در بخش کشاورزی و مدیریت منابع آب در ایران، میطلبد که شاخص RDI را در دیگر مناطق ایران مانند شمال غرب و مناطق کوهستانی ایران، بهصورت گسترده بررسی گردد و نتایج آن را با دیگر شاخصها مانند شاخص مهم و پرکاربرد SPI مقایسه شود.

ارزیابی کارایی طیفسنجی انعکاسی برای تخمین مقدار کربن آلی خاک در حوزه آبخیز دریاچه زریبار، استان کردستان
سابقه و هدف: کربن آلی، به عنوان یکی از اجزای عمده سازنده ماده آلی خاک، در غالب فرآیندهای شیمیایی، فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک نقشی مهم دارد. ماده آلی یا کربن آلی خاک یکی از پارامترهای کلیدی کیفیت خاک و یک شاخص حاصلخیزی خاک است. ماده آلی در تشکیل خاکدانهها و پایداری آنها، جذب آب و عناصر غذایی، ظرفیت نگهداشت آب در خاک، نفوذ آب و هوا، هدایت هیدرولیکی خاک، آبگریزی و ترسیب کربن نقشی ضروری دارد. پژوهشهای مختلف نشان دادهاند که کیفیت و کمیت ماده آلی خاک میتوانند تحت تأثیر فعالیتهای انسانی همچون عملیات زراعی و فعالیتهای توسعهای اقتصادی قرار گیرد. نرخ بالایی از هدررفت ماده آلی خاک بر روی اراضی فرسایش یافته نیز گزارش شده است. از اینرو پایش تغییرات زمانی و مکانی ماده آلی خاک برای ارزیابی مدیریت بلندمدت پتانسیل بالقوه خاک ضروری است. این در حالی است که نمونهبرداریهای مرسوم خاک و اندازه-گیری مقدار کربن آلی خاک، بهویژه در مقیاسهای بزرگ جغرافیایی، دشوار، پرهزینه و زمانبر است. بنابراین، ارزیابی سریع و دقیق کربن آلی خاک میتواند در مدیریت درازمدت خاک سودمند باشد. بنابراین، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی کارایی طیفسنجی انعکاسی خاک در محدوده مرئی – مادون قرمز نزدیک برای تخمین مقدار کربن آلی خاک در حوزه آبخیز دریاچه زریبار در شهرستان مریوان در استان کردستان بود. مواد و روشها: بدین منظور 100 نمونه خاک سطحی از منطقه مورد مطالعه با وسعتی حدود 10718 هکتار جمعآوری شد. انعکاس طیفی این نمونهها و برخی از ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها در شرایط کنترلشده آزمایشگاهی اندازهگیری شد. پس از ثبت طیفها، روشهای مختلف پیشپردازش دادههای طیفی نیز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سپس توابع انتقالی خاکی و توابع انتقالی طیفی با استفاده از روش رگرسیون خطی چندگانه گامبهگام برای برآورد کربن آلی خاک پیریزی شدند. اعتبار این توابـع اشـتقاق یافتـه برآوردگر کربن آلی خاک، با استفاده از آمارههای مختلفی همچون ضریب تبیین (2R)، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای نرمالشده (NRMSE)، میانگین خطا (ME)، شاخص انطباق (d) و درصد انحراف نسبی (RPD) ارزیابی شدند.یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج، بین کربن آلی خاک با مقادیر انعکاس طیفی خاک در طول موجهای 858 و 1916 نانومتر همبستگی بالا و معنیداری (در سطح معنیدار 1%)مشاهده گردید. نتایج نشان داد توابع انتقالی خاکی (R2avg=0.83, NRMSE avg=24.55%) در مقایسه با توابع انتقالی طیفی پیشنهادی (R2avg=0.44, NRMSE avg=44.31%)، دارای دقت بیشتری در برآورد کربن آلی خاک می-باشند. هرچند توابع انتقالی طیفی اشتقاق یافته با SMLR نیز، برآوردهای نسبتاً خوبی از کربن آلی خاک ارائه کرد (R2avg=0.52 , RPD=1.44). نتایج همچنین نشان داد مشتق اول + فیلتر ساویتزکی-گلای، بهدلیل کاهش اثرات نویزهای تصادفی و بهبود مدلهای واسنجی، بهترین روش در پیشپردازش دادههای طیفی خاک است.نتیجهگیری: در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد اگرچه کارایی توابع انتقالی طیفی در برآورد کربن آلی خاک نسبت به توابع انتقالی خاکی متناظر آن بالا نیست، لیکن در موارد عدم دسترسی به توابع انتقالی خاکی، این رویکرد میتواند بهعنوان یک روش معقول غیر-مستقیم در برآورد کربن آلی خاک مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

سابقه و هدف: در سدهای خاکی، با توجه به ویژگیهای متفاوت مصالح هسته و پوسته، نشستهای ناهمگن بین بخشهای مختلف سد رخ میدهد. این عمل منجر به پدیده قوسزدگی میشود که سـبب ایجـاد برخـی ترکهای عرضی در بخش نفوذناپذیر سد به ویژه در نزدیکی اتصال سد به دیوارهای جانبی شده که این ترکها در اولین دوره آبگیری و با اعمال ناگهانی فشار آب مخزن به هسته، میتوانند گسترش یافته و در نهایت و در حالات بحرانیتر منجر به شکست هیدرولیکی و بروز پدیده آبشستگی شود. در این پژوهش نتایج ابزاردقیق تنشهای اصلی و ضریب قوسزدگی هسته سد خاکی ایوشان در اولین دوره آبگیری، با نتایج نرمافزارهای Geostudio و Plaxis بررسی و مقایسه شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که بیشترین افزایش قوسزدگی پس از آبگیری در ترازهای بالایی اعمال شده است ولی بیشترین درصد قوسزدگی از ابتدا ساخت تا پایان مرحله آبگیری برابر 46 درصد و در 1/3 ارتفاع هسته از کف رخ داده است. همچنین با توجه به نسبت قوسزدگی هسته که در محدوده 68/0-55/0 قرار دارد، سد از لحاظ قوسزدگی در اولین دوره آبگیری در حد متعارفی میباشد و از نظر شکست هیدرولیکی مشکلی نخواهد داشت. مواد و روشها: سد مخزنی ایوشان در فاصله 5/1 کیلومتری بالادست روستای ایوشان و حدود 57 کیلومتری شهر خرمآباد ، بر روی رودخانه هرود واقع شده است. سد از نوع خاکی-سنگریزهای با هسته قائم رسی میباشد که ارتفاع آن از بستر62 متر، تراز تاج سد 1868 متر و رقوم نرمال بهره برداری از سد 1864 متر از سطح دریا میباشد. تحلیل تنش–کرنش سد ایوشان بر اساس مدلهای رفتاری موهرکولمب در شرایط کرنش صفحهای با استفاده از نرمافزارهای Geostudio و Plaxis انجام شده است. برای تحلیل نشست تحکیمی و تنش-کرنش، مدلسازی در 8 لایه انجام شده است.یافتهها: با بررسی و مقایسه ضریب قوسزدگی به دست آمده از سلولهای فشار الکتریکی نصب شده در سد ایوشان و همچنین نتایج تحلیل عددی مشخص گردید که ضریب قوسزدگی در ترازهای مختلف هسته سد در محدوده متعارفی قرار دارد و خطری از لحاظ قوسزدگی متوجه سد نمیباشد. با توجه به نمودارهای حاصل از نتایج دادههای مشاهداتی مشخص شد که بیشترین درصد قوسزدگی در المانهای نزدیک فیلتر اتفاق افتاده است. همچنین مقایسه نتایج ابزاردقیق با نتایج تحلیل عددی تطابق حدود 90 درصد را نشان میدهد. نتیجهگیری: با مقایسه نتایج مقادیر تنش کل اندازهگیری شده و پیش بینی شده با نرمافزارهای Geostudio و Plaxis مشخص شد که مقادیر تنش کل بهدست آمده از آنالیز عددی در فشارسنجهایی که در یک تراز نصب شدهاند، تقریباً یکسان بوده و تفاوت چندانی ندارند و عملکرد نرمافزارها مناسب بوده است. همچنین اختلاف موجود در مقادیر فشار کل بهدست آمده از ابزاردقیق و تحلیل عددی میتواند ناشی از اختلاف مقادیر وزن مخصوص مصالح در طراحی و واقعیت باشد و یا ناشی از بروز خطا و عملکرد نامناسب ابزار مربوط شود.

استخراج قوانین بهره برداری بهینه سامانه مخازن برق آبی با استفاده از یک روش بهینه سازی ترکیبی (مطالعه مورد: حوضه کارون- دز)
سابقه و هدف: بهرهبرداری بهینه از مخزن سدها، به عنوان یکی از مهمترین سیستمهای منابع آب از پیچیدگی بالایی برخوردار است. این پیچیدگی به واسطه ماهیت احتمالاتی جریان رودخانهها، اهداف متضاد و ابعاد بالای مسائل بهرهبرداری از مخازن میباشد. افزایش تعداد سدها، قرارگیری آنها نسبت به هم و داشتن اهداف مختلف به طور قابل توجهی ابعاد این مسائل را افزایش میدهند، که میتواند ساختار این مسائل را پیچیده و غیر خطی کند. در این تحقیق با توجه به ساختار منحصربه فرد الگوریتمهای تکاملی (EAs) برای ارزیابی توابع هدف و احتمال قرار گیری کم در جوابهای بهینه موضعی، ترکیبی از الگوریتمهای تکامل تفاضلی (DE) و ازدحام ذرات (PSO) با چند استراتژی (DEPSO) برای بهینه سازی بهره برداری از سامانه سه مخزنه کارون1، گدار و دز با هدف تولید انرژی برقآبی استفاده میشود. مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق، با اصلاح پارامترها و عوامل تاثیرگذار دو الگوریتمهای DE و PSO، یک الگوریتم ترکیبی جدید ارائه میشود. الگوریتم ترکیبی (DEPSO) توانایی جستجوی محلی و مطلق الگوریتم تکامل تفاضلی (DE) را برای بدست آوردن قوانین بهرهبرداری بهینه ارتقا میدهد. در ابتدا، کارایی و دقت الگوریتم پیشنهادی بوسیله توابع ریاضی اکلی و گریوانک ارزیابی میشود. سپس نتایج DEPSO با الگوریتمهای تکامل تفاضلی (DE)، ازدحام ذرات (PSO) و کلونی زنبور عسل (ABC) مقایسه میگردد. در انتها، الگوریتم پیشنهادی برای حل بهینه یک سیستم سه مخزنه در ایران برای تولید انرژی برقآبی اعمال میشود. لازم به ذکر است که نتایج در 10 اجرای مختلف برای همه مسائل ارائه شد برای ارزیابی اعتماد پذیری و دقت الگوریتمهای شرکت کننده. یافتهها: نتایج بدست آمده بوسیله الگوریتم ترکیبی پیشنهادی (DEPSO) نشان داد که متوسط مقدار تابع هدف برای 10 اجرا و در طول 15 سال دوره بهرهبرداری به ترتیب 33/14، 00/10، و 50/38 درصد بهتر از الگوریتمهای DE، ABC ، و PSO بود. و همچنین با افزایش تعداد ماههای دوره بهرهبرداری از 180 به 240 ماه، متوسط مقدار تابع هدف محاسبه شده بوسیله DEPSO برای 10 اجرا به ترتیب 00/14، 00/22، و 00/35 درصد بهتر از الگوریتمهای DE، ABC ، و PSO بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج محاسبه شده بوسیله DEPSO، به طور واضح میتوان دید که بهبود قابل توجهی در مقدار تابع هدف در مقایسه با الگوریتمهای DE و PSO داشته، و مخصوصا با افزایش تعداد متغیرها از 180 به 240 عملکرد روش مورد نظر مناسبتر از دیگر الگوریتمها میباشد. این موضوع بیانگر عملکرد برتر روش مورد نظر نسبت به دو روش دیگر برای بهینه سازی انرژی برقآبی تولید شده از سیستمهای چند مخزنه است.

مطالعه عددی اثر موانع دشت سیلابی بر جریان ناشی از شکست سد به روش MPS
سابقه و هدف: سیلابدشت ها سرزمین هایی نسبتا هموار در مجاورت رودخانه ها با کاربری مسکونی، صنعتی یا کشاورزی می باشند. شکست ناگهانی سدهای بزرگ، موجب شکل گیری و پیشروی امواج مخرب سیلاب در پائین دست می گردد. پیشروی سیل روی دشت های سیلابی تحت اثر تغییرات توپوگرافی و موانع درون جریان نظیر پل ها صورت می گیرد. این امواج، در بازه کوچکی از رودخانه و روی دشت سیلابی به ترتیب به صورت یک و دو بعدی انتشار می یابند. در شبیه سازی های هیدرودینامیکی، خصوصیات دو بعدی جریان ناشی از شکست سد روی دشت سیلابی، به ندرت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بنابراین، اثر تلفیقی موانع دشت سیلابی، تنگ شدگی و موانع بستر بر خصوصیات جریان ناشی از شکست سد تعیین می گردد. مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش، از روش لاگرانژی ذرات متحرک نیمه ضمنی (MPS) برای مطالعه عددی خصوصیات جریان ناشی از شکست سد روی دشت سیلابی استفاده شد. از جمله مزایای این روش، تراکم ناپذیری، ذره محوری، بهره گیری از مدل های توانمند گرادیان و لاپلاسین در تصحیحات سرعت - فشار بدون نیاز به توابع هموارسازی پیچیده می باشد. بدین ترتیب، اثر رقوم اولیه آب در مخزن، شکل موانع، تبدیل های جانبی و نیز موانع کف بر پارامترهای هیدرولیکی، در 15 حالت گوناگون مورد مطالعه قرارگرفت. موانع دشت سیلابی به شکل های استوانه، مکعب، لوزی و نامتقارن و موانع بستر به شکل مکعبی می باشند. ابتدا، تحلیل حساسیت نتایج عددی نسبت به سه قطر ذره 01/0، 015/0 و 02/0 متر صورت گرفت. در نهایت، قطر ذره 015/0 متر به عنوان اندازه ذرات آب در مدل در نظر گرفته شد. شبیه سازی ها با بیش از 280000 ذره کروی و با دقت مرتبه دوم مکانی و زمانی صورت گرفت.یافتهها: دقت نتایج عددی با بهره گیری از خطای نرمال NRMSE و مقایسه با نتایج آزمایشگاهی پیشین تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تخلیه مخزن در حل های عددی سریعتر از نتایج آزمایشگاهی رخ می دهد. بنابراین، مدل MPS مقادیر ارتفاع نیمرخ سطح آزاد و سرعت پیشروی جریان را به ترتیب کم و بیش برآورد می نماید. برخورد جریان به موانع دشت سیلابی، موجب بالاروی و شکل گیری جریان سه بعدی در محل استقرار موانع، تبدیل های جانبی و موانع کف می گردد. همچنین، شکل موانع عاملی مؤثر بر تغییر شکل های نیمرخ سطح آزاد، مؤلفه افقی سرعت سطحی و نیروهای مقاومت پسآی وارد بر جریان می باشد.نتیجه گیری: مقادیر خطای نرمال نشان داد که دقت روش MPS در محاسبه تغییر شکل های نیمرخ طولی سطح آزاد بین 88 تا 91 درصد متغیر می باشد.

بررسی تغییرات ریختشناسی رودخانه بازفت در بازه سی ساله (95-1365) با استفاده از تصاویر ماهوارهای لندست
سابقه و هدف: بررسی تغییرات رفتار رودخانهها، اهمیت ویژهای در حفاظت سازههای آبی و تعیین حریم بستر رودخانه و همچنین کاهش خسارتهای احتمالی دارد. سدها از جمله سازههایی هستند که بیشترین تاثیر را بر مورفولوژی رودخانه دارند. از اینرو، بررسی وضعیت ریختشناسی رودخانهها منتهی به سدهای بزرگ در برنامهریزی و سهولت تصمیمگیری های راهبردی در مورد احداث سازههای مهندسی در طول رودخانه بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در سالهای اخیر با توجه به خصوصیات منحصر به فرد تکنیک سنجش از دور و تصاویر ماهوارهای، مطالعات بسیاری در زمینه بررسی تغییرات ریختشناسی رودخانه- ها انجام شده است. در پژوهش حاضر، تحقیق با استفاده از 26 تصویر ماهوارهای لندست به بررسی تغییرات ریختشناسی رودخانه بازفت بین سالهای 1365 الی 1395 پرداخته شده است.مواد و روشها: به منظور ارزیابی ریختشناسی رودخانه بازفت پارامترهای ریختشناسی نظیر جابهجایی مرز رودخانه، تغییرات مساحت ناشی از فرسایش و رسوبگذاری سواحل در دورههای بلندمدت و کوتاهمدت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. لازم به ذکر است که دورههای بلندمدت 10 ساله و دورههای کوتاهمدت 1 ساله در نظر گرفته شد. برای تعیین مقادیر ریخت-شناسی از 26 فریم تصاویر ماهوارهای لندست در محیط نرمافزارهای ENVI و GIS استفاده گردید. در این تحقیق اختلاف مجرای اصلی رودخانه در ساحل چپ و راست بر روی مقطع عرضی در دو سال مختلف به عنوان جابهجایی مجرای اصلی در آن بازهی زمانی منظور شد. مقادیر منفی و مثبت به ترتیب رسوبگذاری (زمینزایی) و فرسایش (از بین رفتن زمین) در نظر گرفته شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بیشترین تغییرات در بازه 62 تا 84 کیلومتری رودخانه بازفت رخ میدهد که دلیل آن وجود پیچانها در نزدیکی ایستگاه هیدرومتری مورز و زیر شاخههای جانبی متعدد در این دو بازه است. بررسی مساحت فرسایش و رسوبگذاری در دورههای بلندمدت نشان داد در سالهای 73-1364، 84-1373 و 94- 1384 رودخانه با رسوبگذاری سواحل همراه بوده است. برای دوره 30 ساله 94-1364 متوسط رسوبگذاری و فرسایش رودخانه به ترتیب حدود 43/69 و 34/42 هکتار برآورد میشود که در این شرایط 09/27 هکتار زمین ناشی از رسوبگذاری ایجاد شده است. در دوره کوتاهمدت نتایج نشان میدهد تفاوت زیادی بین متوسط رسوبگذاری و فرسایش ساحل چپ وجود ندارد و در این ساحل مساحت رسوبگذاری حدود 2 درصد بیشتر از فرسایش میباشد، این در حالیست که در ساحل راست رسوبگذاری حدود 8 درصد از فرسایش بیشتر بوده که این اختلاف در سطح 95%معنیدار است. نتیجه گیری: بررسی تغییرات ریختشناسی رودخانه بازفت با استفاده از بررسی تصاویر ماهوارهای در یک بازه سی ساله نشان داد که بیشترین تغییرات در بازه 62 تا 84 کیلومتری رودخانه می باشد که با ساماندهی رودخانه و حفاظت سواحل در این محدوده میتوان میزان فرسایش سواحل را کاهش داد. بیشترین مساحت رسوبگذاری در نزدیکی ایستگاه هیدرومتری مورز و در مجاورت جاده خوزستان-چهارمحال و بختیاری میباشد پس میتوان این منطقه را محل مناسبی به منظور برداشت شن و ماسه پیشنهاد داد. به طور کلی ساحل چپ بیشتر دچار فرسایش است در صورتی که در ساحل راست میزان رسوبگذاری از فرسایش بیشتر است.

مطالعه تاثیر قطرنسبی وعمق طوقه مشبک بر آبشستگی اطراف پایه های پل آرودینامیکی
یکی از دلایل مهم شکست پلها در ایالات متحده و جهان، مربوط به آبشستگی میباشد. خصوصیات جریان، شکل پایه و زاویه استقرار آن نسبت به جریان و خصوصیات رسوبات، همگی از عواملی میباشند که در پیچیدگی مسئله آبشستگی پایه های پل دخالت مینماید. باید توجه داشت که عمق نهایی آبشستگی ایجاد شده در مجاورت پایه پل برابر با مجموع عمق های فرسایش ناشی از آبشستگی موضعی، عمومی و تنگ شدگی عرض جریان میباشد. تعیین عمق فرسایش در محدوده پایه ها مستلزم آگاهی از نحوه جابه جایی مواد رسوبی بستر رودخانه ها است. پایه ها جریان عادی رودخانه را مختل می کند و تلاطم و اغتشاش حاصل از آن موجب فرسایش مواد رسوبی موجود در اطراف پایه می شود. از آنجایی که گسترش چاله آبشستگی پایداری سازه پل را به مخاطره می اندازد، پیش بینی میزان گودافتادگی و اتخاذ تدابیر لازم برای مهار آن از جمله اقدامات مهندسی متداول در عرصه مهندسی رودخانه تلقی می شود. بنا به این مهم در این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیر استفاده از طوقههای مشبک آیرودینامیک بر روی پایههای پل آیرودینامیک پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش طول طوقهها میزان آبشستگی کاهش بیشتری داشته است. با نصب طوقه در عمق نسبی (Z/D) 0.1 طوقههای مشبک به طول (L/D) 6، 8 و 10 به ترتیب 16.6 ، 22.3 و 24.7 درصد کاهش آبشستگی نسبت به پایه بدون طوقه را شاهد هستیم. با نصب طوقه در عمق نسبی (Z/D) 0.5 طوقههای مشبک به طول (L/D) 6، 8 و 10 به ترتیب 35.2 ، 37.4 و 38.4 درصد کاهش آبشستگی نسبت به پایه بدون طوقه را شاهد هستیم. همچنین با نصب طوقه در عمق نسبی (Z/D) 1 طوقههای مشبک به طول (L/D) 6، 8 و 10 به ترتیب 27.7 ، 31.6 و 31.4 درصد کاهش آبشستگی نسبت به پایه بدون طوقه را شاهد هستیم. با افزایش سرعت نسبی (V/Vc) از 0.54 به 0.95 بهطور متوسط باعث افزایش آبشستگی به میزان 113.8 درصد شده است. با نصب طوقه در عمق نسبی (Z/D) 0.1، 0.5 و 1 به ترتیب 16.6 ، 35.2 و 27.7 درصد کاهش آبشستگی نسبت به پایه بدون طوقه را شاهد هستیم. همچنین با افزایش عمق کارگذاری طوقههای آیرودینامیک مشبک (Z /D) از 0.1 به 0.5 شاهد کاهش آبشستگی به میزان 22.3 درصد و همچنین با افزایش عمق کارگذاری طوقههای آیرودینامیک مشبک (Z /D) از 0.5 به 1 شاهد افزایش آبشستگی به میزان 11.6 درصد هستیم. به این ترتیب میتوان فهمید بهترین عمق کارگذاری طوقه به اندازه نصف قطر پایه پل میباشد. همچنین شبیه سازی با مدل ریاضی Flow-3D نزدیک به مدل فیزیکی میباشد و به طور متوسط تنها 5.4 درصد خطا دارد که قابل قبول میباشد.

تاثیر باکتریهای استافیلوکوکوس جداسازی شده از گیاه سالیکورنیا بر روی رشد گندم
سابقه و هدف: شوری یکی از گستردهترین فرآیندهای تخریب خاک بوده که باعث محدود شدن افزایش تولید محصولات غذایی در جهت تقاضای بیشتر میباشد. تلقیح گیاهان با باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه متحمل به نمک با توان تولید ACC-دآمیناز و ایندول استیک اسید، اغلب اثرات منفی ناشی از غلظت بالای نمک را کاهش داده و موجب بهبود شاخصهای رشد گیاه میشوند. از اینرو هدف از این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر باکتریهای ریزوسفری و اندوفیتی متحمل به نمک جدا شده از خاک ریزوسفری و ریشههای گیاه سالیکورنیا بر شاخصهای رشد گیاه گندم در غلظت های مختلف شوری بود.مواد و روشها: این آزمایش در شرایط گلخانهای در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی به صورت فاکتوریل شامل: چهار سطح شوری: صفر، 44، 77 و 110 میلیمولار کلرید سدیم و چهار سطح باکتری: تیمارهای بدون باکتری (شاهد)، باکتری ریزوسفری، اندوفیتی و تیمار ترکیبی (ریزوسفری و اندوفیتی) در 3 تکرار طراحی و اجرا شد. پس از برداشت گیاه گندم، ویژگیهای موفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی آنها اندازهگیری شدند. تجزیه تحلیل دادهها با نرم افزار SAS صورت گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد گیاه به طور معنیداری تحت تاثیر شوری قرار گرفت. افزایش غلظت کلرید سدیم از صفر به 44 میلیمولار بر همهی شاخصهای رشد تاثیر منفی نداشت و حتی در برخی موارد موجب بهبود آنها شد. اما با افزایش آن از 44 به 77 و 110 میلیمولار، شوری تأثیر منفی بر همه شاخصهای رشد داشت و بیشترین تأثیر منفی در غلظت 110 میلیمولار بدست آمد. . در شرایط عدم تنش شوری حضور باکتریها موجب افزایش عملکرد گیاه شد. در شرایط تنش شوری تلقیح جدایههای باکتری تاثیر معنیداری بر رشد گیاه داشت و موجب افزایش وزن خشک اندام هوایی (68/26–49/9 درصد)، طول ریشه (47/27–94/3 درصد) ، وزن خشک ریشه (36/47–10درصد) ، نسبت وزن خشک ریشه به وزن خشک اندام هوایی (69/20–41/19 درصد) و کاهش درصد نسبی آب برگ (71/11–2/1درصد)، سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز (8/15–63/7 درصد) و پرولین (33/33 – 5/12درصد) نسبت به شاهد شدند.نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی تلقیح باکتریها، در 7 مورد از 13 شاخص رشد مورد بررسی موجب بهبود آنها شد. دلیل عدم تاثیر در 6 مورد دیگر میتواند به نمک دوست بودن باکتری و نسبتا مقاوم بودن رقم مورد استفاده گندم نسبت داده شود. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده در این آزمایش جهت استفاده از باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه متحمل به نمک جداسازی شده از گیاه سالیکورنیا به عنوان کود زیستی جهت بهبود شاخصهای رشد، کاهش اثرات تنش شوری و افزایش عملکرد گیاه گندم نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری (استفاده از سطوح شوری بالا و رقمهای گندم متفاوت) در سطح گلخانهای میباشد.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی کارایی مواد نانوساختار بر کاهش عمق آبشستگی موضعی پایه پل در جریان غیرماندگار
سابقه و هدف: یکی از مسائل عمده و مهم در مباحث مهندسی رودخانه، طراحی و احداث پلها میباشد که علاوه بر مسائل پایداری، تخمین عمق بیشینه آبشستگی در مجاورت پایهها نیز دارای اهمیت بسیاری است. وقوع آبشستگی موضعی یکی از دلایل عمده عدم پایداری پلها و در نهایت شکست آنها میباشد. در حالی که اکثر تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه آبشستگی پایهپلها در شرایط جریان ماندگار انجام شده است، اما در رودخانهها و بهویژه در شرایط وقوع سیل، جریان غیرماندگار بوده و ممکن است تغییرات زمانی دبی جریان نسبتاً سریع باشد. نتایج مطالعات نشان داده شده است که در نظر گرفتن جریان غیرماندگار، موجب پیشبینی واقعیتر واقتصادیتر عمق بیشینه آبشستگی در اطراف پایههای پل میگردد. تاکنون راهکارهای زیادی به منظور حفاظت از پایه پلها ارائه شده است. در این پژوهش از یک راهحل غیرسازهای و دوستدار محیط زیست برای کاهش عمق آبشستگی پایه پلها در شرایط جریان غیرماندگار استفاده شده است. مواد و روشها: تاکنون از مواد نانوساختار عمدتاً برای اصلاح رفتار مقاومتی بتن و نیز جادههای روستایی خاکی استفاده شده است. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، رسوب بستر اطراف پایه پل با نوعی ماده نانو ساختار به نام نانورس مخلوط شد. آزمایشهای آبشستگی در شرایط جریان ماندگار و غیرماندگار برای یک پایه پل استوانهای به قطر 35 میلیمتر و در یک کانال با طول 5/9 متر، عرض و ارتفاع 40 سانتیمتر و شیب کف 001/0 انجام شد. این آزمایشها در دو حالت رسوب بستر با و بدون مواد نانورس انجام شد. برای شبیهسازی جریان غیرماندگار از هیدروگرافهای پلکانی مثلثی با زمان اوج 5/7 دقیقه و دبیهای اوج 8، 12 ، 16 و 20 لیتر بر ثانیه استفاده گردید. یافتهها: توسعه زمانی پدیده آبشستگی در محل پایه پل در هر دو حالت با و بدون حضور مواد نانورس مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با هم مقایسه شد. در همه دبیهای اوج، روند آبشستگی در بازههای زمانی اولیه در حالت استفاده از نانورس مشابه حالت عدم وجود این مواد اما با شیب بیشتری مشاهده شد. این روند در بازههای زمانی بعدی با شیب کمتری ادامه یافت و در نهایت به یک مقدار ثابت رسید.نتیجهگیری: نتایج آزمایشهای جریان غیرماندگار نشان داد که در حالت حضور مواد نانورس در رسوب بستر با افزایش دبی جریان، عمق بیشینه آبشستگی در مجاورت پایهپل کاهش مییابد. بیشترین درصد کاهش عمق آبشستگی با اختلاف زیاد در دبی جریان بیشینه (20 لیتر بر ثانیه) و حدود 86/62 مشاهده شد. در این دبی جریان، عمق بیشینه آبشستگی از 4/47 میلیمتر به حدود 18 میلیمتر کاهش یافت. کمینه کاهش عمق آبشستگی با حدود 15/56 درصد در کوچکترین دبی جریان (8 لیتر بر ثانیه) بهدست آمد.

چکیدهسابقه و هدف: پنبه گیاهی است که به مقدار آب آبیاری و زمان آبیاری واکنش زیادی نشان میدهد و نظر به کمبود آب در استان گلستان، لزوم استفاده بهینه از واحد آب مصرفی را بیش از پیش نشان میدهد. این امر جز با بکارگیری روشهای مدرن آبیاری سطحی یا آبیاری تحت فشار و اعمال مدیریت مطلوب آبیاری و افزایش کارآیی مصرف آب محقق نخواهد شد. مواد و روشها: این آزمایش بهصورت طرح کرتهای خرد شده نواری در قالب فاکتوریل با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات پنبه هاشم آباد اجرا شد. پارامترهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک از قبیل بافت خاک، وزن مخصوص ظاهری، درصد رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی و نقطه پژمردگی، شوری و اسیدیته خاک قبل از کشت با نمونه گیری از دو عمق 25-0 سانتیمتر و 50- 25 سانتیمتری اندازهگیری شد. نیاز کودی مزرعه با توجه به نتایج حاصل از آزمایشات محاسبه شد. فاصله کشت پنبه در طول سطح مورد مطالعه یکسان در نظر گرفته شد. قبل از کشت آبیاری بهدلیل تامین رطوبت خاک انجام شد. کاشت دو رقم پنبه بصورت تصادفی انجام شد. در طول دوره رشد و قبل از اولین آبیاری، سیستم آبیاری بارانی تکشاخهای اجرا شد. در طول دورهی رشد، آبیاری بر اساس نیاز آبی کرت5I مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و آبیاری بر اساس نیاز آبی این کرت تا رسیدن به ظرفیت مزرعه ادامه یافت. در طول دورهی رشد علایم و شاخصهای اجزای عملکرد شامل اندازه گیری رشد گیاه، زمان اولین گلدهی، زمان اولین محصول و غیره و در نهایت عملکرد ثبت شد. تیمارهای مقادیر مختلف آب آبیاری شامل دیم تا آبیاری بیش از نیاز آبی بهعنوان کرت اصلی و تیمارهای مقادیر مختلف کود نیتروژن شامل 0، 33، 66 و 100 درصد توصیه کودی و نیز ارقام پنبه بهعنوان کرتهای فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بیشترین عملکرد با 4362 کیلوگرم در هکتار مربوط به تیمار 4I و کمترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمار دیم (بدون آبیاری) با 3379 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. عملکرد تیمارهای 2I، 3I، 4I، 5I و 6I نسبت به تیمار دیم (1I) بهترتیب به میزان 2/2، 7/16، 1/29، 1/8 و 7/15 درصد بیشتر بود. در بین تیمارهای کودی بیشترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمار بدون نیاز کودی بود که اختلاف آن با تیمارهای 66 و 100 درصد نیاز کودی معنیدار بود. در حالیکه کمترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمار 66 درصد نیاز کودی بود. در سال تحقیق انجام شده (1391) بهعلت بارندگیهای مناسب در فصل کشت، بوتههای پنبه از رشد مناسبی برخوردار بودند و هر گونه آب اضافی یا کود نیتروژن باعث تسریع رشد رویشی شد که در نهایت منجر به کاهش رشد زایشی و متعاقب آن کاهش عملکرد شد. از نظر درصد زودرسی، تیمارهای دیم و 4I زودرسترین و دیررسترین تیمارها بودند. مقادیر مختلف کود نیتروژن تاثیری بر درصد زودرسی نداشتند. بیشترین تعداد قوزه در بوته مربوط به تیمارهای 5I و 6I بود که اختلاف آن با تیمارهای 1I و2I معنیدار بود اما با تیمارهای 3I و 4I معنیدار نبود. میزان مصرف کود نیتروژن از 0 درصد تا 100 درصد نیاز کودی تاثیر معنیداری بر تعداد قوزه در بوته نداشت.نتیجهگیری: عملکرد رقم گلستان به میزان 9/17 درصد از رقم ب557 بیشتر بود. کارایی مصرف آب در تیمار دیم و تیمار آبیاری کامل بترتیب به میزان 1.51 و 0.81 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب در هکتار بود. رقم ب557 زودرستر از رقم گلستان بود. دو رقم پنبه بهنام-های گلستان و ب557 از نظر تعداد قوزه در بوته یکسان بودند. پیشنهاد می گردد از رقم گلستان به عنوان الگوی کشت پایه انتخاب گردد. در سال های زارعی پر آب بصورت دیم کاشت انجاب شود و یا آبیاری به صورت تکمیلی انجام پذیرد

اثر آنیونهای ارتوفسفات، نیترات و کلرید بر واجذب و قابلیت استفاده روی جذبشده در برخی خاکهای آهکی
سابقه و هدف: امروزه استفاده از کودهای حاوی روی برای برطرفکردن کمبود این عنصر و بهبود عملکرد و کیفیت محصولات کشاورزی گسترش یافته است. برای دستیابی به مدیری صحیح کوددهی و در نتیجه حفاظت خاک و آب در مقابل کاربرد بیش از حد روی و تجمع آن در خاک، آگاهی از قابلیت استفاده و آزادشدن روی جذبشده پس از کاربرد در خاک ضروری است. از طرفی وجود آنیونها در آب آبیاری، کودهای کشاورزی و لجن فاضلاب میتواند بر جذب، واجذب و قابلیت استفاده عناصر غذایی از جمله روی اثرگذار باشد. معمولاً با استفاده از ضرایب همدماهای جذب به بررسی ویژگیهای جذب روی در خاکها پرداخته میشود؛ درحالیکه قابلیت استفاده عنصر جذبشده در خاک از نظر حاصلخیزی خاک اهمیت دارد. در این مطالعه به بررسی اثر آنیونهای ارتوفسفات، نیترات و کلرید بر واجذب و قابلیت استفاده روی جذبشده در پنج نمونه خاک آهکی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری پرداخته شد.مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق برای بررسی آزادشدن و قابلیت استفاده روی جذبشده، از محلول حاوی غلظتهای 25، 50، 75، 100، 150 و 200 میلیگرم بر لیتر روی از منبع ZnSO4 در حضور الکترولیتهای KH2PO4، KNO3و KCl (غلظت الکترولیتها برابر با 50 میلیمولار) استفاده شد. پس از جذب روی در خاکها، مقدار روی قابل استفاده پس از جذب در خاک با روش DTPA-TEA و واجذب آن با محلول کلرید کلسیم 01/0 مولار تعیین شد. مقدار روی آزادشده با کلرید کلسیم 01/0 مولار بهصورت غیراختصاصی جذبشده بود و روی جذبشده بهصورت اختصاصی از تفاضل بین مقدار روی جذبشده و روی عصارهگیری شده با کلرید کلسیم 01/0 مولار محاسبه شد. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده بیشترین مقدار روی جذبشده در حضور هر سه آنیون، بهصورت اختصاصی بود. درصد روی جذبشده بهصورت اختصاصی در خاکها در حضور آنیون نیترات بیش از دو آنیون دیگر (05/0 < p) در دامنه 84/99 تا 99/99 درصد و در حضور آنیون کلرید 65/99 تا 80/99 درصد و در حضور آنیون ارتوفسفات در دامنه 55/99 تا 72/99 درصد بود. بهطورکلی، مقدار قابل استفاده روی جذبشده در خاکها در حضور آنیون ارتوفسفات در دامنه 41 تا 43 درصد، در حضور آنیون نیترات در دامنه 49 تا 54 درصد و در حضور آنیون کلرید در دامنه 58 تا 61 درصد بود.نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار قابل استفاده روی جذبشده بهترتیب در حضور آنیونهای کلرید، نیترات و ارتوفسفات عصارهگیری شد (05/0 < p). تقریباً 50 درصد روی جذبشده با استفاده از عصارهگیر DTPA-TEA استخراج شد. در حضور همه آنیونها بیش از 99 درصد روی بهصورت غیراختصاصی جذبشده بود. بنابراین، روی در مکانهای اختصاصی جذب و کلرید کلسیم 01/0 مولار توانایی آزادسازی این عنصر را نداشت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مصرف توام کود فسفره و روی در خاکها میتواند به کاهش مقدار روی عصارهگیریشده با DTPA-TEA (قابل استفاده) در خاکهای آهکی تیمارشده با این دو عنصر نسبت به خاک تیمارشده با روی منجر شود.

اثر بیوچار کلزا ،گندم و ترکیب آنها بر جذب و آبشویی نیترات از خاک
سابقه و هدف: شناخت عوامل تأثیرگذار بر حرکت آب و املاح در نیمرخ خاک و استفاده از مواد اصلاح کنندهی جدید نظیر بیوچار میتواند کمک شایانی به مدیریت صحیح برای کاهش آبشویی نیترات از منطقه رشد ریشه و جلوگیری از آلودگی آبهای زیرزمینی نماید. زغال زیستی از پیرولیـز زیسـت تـودههـای مختلـف تحـت شرایط بیهوازی (یا شرایط کم اکسیژن) تولیـد مـیشـوند. ظرفیـت جـذب زغـال زیستی به خصوصیات فیزیکـی- شـیمیایی آن بسـتگی دارد کـه تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی از جمله نوع ماده خام، انـدازه ذرات، دمـای پیرولیـز، نـرخ تغییـرات دمـایی و زمـان نگهداشـت دمـا میباشد.مواد و روشها: بیوچار گندم و کلزا با آسیاب کردن از کاه و کلش آنها و بعد از خشک شدن آن، با استفاده از کوره در شرایط بدون اکسیژن به مدت 4 ساعت در دمای 600 درجه سانتیگراد ، تهیه شد . تیمار های آزمایش شامل شاهد (ستون خاک بدون بیوچار)، ترکیب خاک و بیوچار(2 و 4 درصد) و ستون های با ارتفاع های 10 و 20 سانتیمتری بود. ستون هایی با ارتفاع 10 و 20 سانتیمتر و قطر 160میلیمتر تهیه کرده و مخلوطی از بیوچار(2 و 4 درصد) و خاک در ستون های خاک ریخته شد. قبل از شروع آزمایشها، به منظور آبشویی کامل خاک، ده برابر حجم آب تخلخل آب مقطر به هر یک از ستون های خاک ، خاک و بیوچار 2 درصد، خاک و زغال 4 درصد و خاک و بیوچار گندم و کلزا 4 درصد اضافه شد. سپس روز اول آزمایش یک حجم آب تخلخل آب مقطر در هر یک از ستون ها ریخته شد. روز دوم و سوم یک حجم آب تخلخل محلول نیترات با غلظت های 20، 50 و 100 میلیگرم برلیتر، روزهای چهارم، پنجم، ششم و هفتم یک حجم آب تخلخل آب مقطر به هر یک از ستون ها اضافه شد. در همه روزهای آزمایش در زمان های مختلف از خروجی ستون ها نمونه گرفته شد. سپس با استفاده از کاغذ صافی محلول صاف شد و با دستگاه اسپکتوفتومتر غلظت نیترات اندازه گیری شد تا بتوان میزان نیترات آبشویی شده و جذب شده را تعیین نمود. یافته ها : نتایج نشان داد که افزودن بیوچار به خاک در هر دو سطح به ویژه بیوچار ترکیبی موجب کاهش معنیدار آبشویی نیترات نسبت به شاهد در همه روزها شد. به طور کلی، میزان آبشویی نیترات در تیمارهای 4 درصد بیوچار نسبت به تیمار شاهد و بیوچار 2 درصد کمتر بود. همچنین در ارتفاع 20 سانتی متر، میزان آبشویی نیترات از ستون خاک کاهش یافت. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، استفاده از بیوچار ترکیبی کلزا و گندم باعث کاهش بیشتر آبشویی نیترات از خاک شد.

تأثیر تراکم و ردیف کشت گندم دیم بر عامل پوشش گیاهی معادله جهانی هدررفت خاک در منطقه نیمه-خشک در استان زنجان
سابقه و هدف: یکی از نگرانیهای اصلی در استفاده از معادله جهانی هدررفت خاک (USLE) در بسیاری از مناطق از جمله در مناطق تحت فرسایش شدید، عدم اطمینان در مورد عامل پوشش گیاهی (C) برای محصولات مختلف کشاورزی است. با وجود آن که در برخی کشورها از جمله آمریکا، اطلاعات زیادی در مورد عامل پوشش گیاهی در دسترس میباشد، اما این مناطق تفاوتهای بسیار زیاد اقلیمی و پدولوژیکی با مناطق دیگر به ویژه مناطق نیمهخشک دارند. گندم دیم از مهمترین محصولات کشاورزی در این مناطق است که با تراکم و فاصله ردیفهای مختلف در کشتزارهای شیبدار کاشته میشود. هیچ اطلاعاتی در مورد تأثیر تراکم بذر و فاصله ردیف کشت بر عامل پوشش گیاهی در گندم دیم منطقه نیمهخشک وجود ندارد.مواد و روشها: آزمایش مزرعهای با دو تراکم بذر گندم (90 و 120 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و دو فاصله ردیف (20 و 25 سانتیمتر) در کرتهای آزمایشی همراه با کرتهای شاهد (بدون کشت بذر) انجام گرفت. آزمایش با طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در شیب 10 درصد زمین طی 1394تا 1395 اجرا شد. بذر گندم توسط ردیفکار 9 و 11 ردیفی برای ایجاد فاصله 25 و 20 سانتیمتر بین ردیفها کشت شد. 18 کرت با ابعاد 5 متر طول در 5/1 متر عرض در مزرعه برای اندازهگیری هدررفت خاک از بارشهای طبیعی در طی مهر1394 تا تیر 1395 احداث شد. عامل پوشش گیاهی (C) برای هر کرت کاشته شده از مقدار هدررفت خاک از آن کرت به مقدار هدررفت خاک از کرت شاهد با فاصله ردیف یکسان (بدون کشت بذر) تعیین شد. برای تحلیل آماری وجود تفاوت معنیدار بین دو فاصله ردیف کشت یا بین دو تراکم بذر از نظر عامل پوشش گیاهی، از آزمون t جفتی استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که عامل پوشش گیاهی (C) در تراکم بذر 90 و 120 کیلوگرم در هکتار به ترتیب 42/0 و 43/0 است. مقدار عامل پوشش گیاهی بین دو تراکم بذر از نظر آماری معنیدار نبود. افزایش تراکم بذر در ردیفهای کشت، رشد بوتههای گندم را به دلیل افزایش شدت رقابت در گیاهان روی هر ردیف، کاهش داد. مقدار عامل پوشش گیاهی در خطیکار 9 ردیفی با فاصله ردیف کشت 25 سانتیمتری برابر 34/0 بود در حالی که مقدار آن برای خطیکار 11 ردیفی 51/0 بود که نشان دهنده افزایش 33 درصدی و معنیدار در مقدار عامل پوشش گیاهی بود (p<0.05). در روش کشت 9 ردیفی از یک سو با افزایش سطح مقطع عرضی شیار، تنش برشی جریان و احتمال هدررفت خاک و در نتیجه مقدار عامل پوشش گیاهی کمتر شد و از سوی دیگر، رقابت اندکی بین گیاهان در ردیفهای کشت وجود داشت. از این رو هدررفت خاک در کرت تحت کشت به مراتب کمتر از کرت بدون پوشش بود. برهمکنش تراکم بذر و فاصله ردیف از نظر تأثیر بر عامل پوشش گیاهی معنیدار نبود. کمترین مقدار عامل پوشش گیاهی (C) در کشت با خطیکار 9 ردیفی (با فاصله ردیف کشت 25 سانتیمتر) با تراکم کشت 120 کیلوگرم در هکتار به دست آمد.نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که عامل پوشش گیاهی در گندم دیم بین 33/0 تا 51/0 متغیر است. تراکم کشت بذر عامل مهم تعیین کننده مقدار عامل پوشش گیاهی نبود در حالی که فاصله ردیف کشت بهطور چشمگیری مقدار این عامل را تحت تأثیر قرار داد. مقدار عامل پوشش گیاهی گندم را میتوان با تغییر فاصله ردیف از 11 ردیفی (با فاصله ردیف کشت 20 سانتیمتر) به 9 ردیفی (با فاصله ردیف کشت 25 سانتیمتر) با تراکم بذر 120 کیلوگرم در هکتار بهطور قابل توجهی کاهش داد.

بررسی تأثیر کوتاه مدت گیاهان پوششی بر خصوصیات فیزیکی و زیستی خاک
سابقه و هدف: گیاهان پوششی یک استراتژی برای تقویت سلامت و کیفیت خاک در سیستمهای کشاورزی میباشد. ارتباط گیاهان پوششی با فعالیتهای زیستی خاک جزء مهمی از سلامت خاک است. گیاهان پوششی از طریق تأثیر بر کربن آلی خاک بسیاری از ویژگیهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و زیستی خاک را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. علاوه بر این از طریق رشد و ایجاد پوشش مناسب در سطح خاک مانع از هدررفت عناصر غذایی میگردد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثر تیمارهای مختلف گیاهان پوششی به-صورت تککشتی و کشت مخلوط بر بهبود خصوصیات فیزیکی و زیستی خاک در کوتاهمدت بود.مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی تأثیر کشت گیاهان پوششی بر برخی خصوصیات فیزیکی و زیستی خاک آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1396 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل کشت چاودار (Secale cereal)، خلر (Lathyrus sativus) و ماشک گلخوشهای (Vicia villosa) بهصورت تککشتی (100 درصد) و کشت مخلوط دوگانه و سهگانه به ترتیب با نسبتهای بذر 50 و 3/33 درصد بود. مبنای میزان بذر مصرفی در کشت خالص برای گیاه چاودار، خلر و ماشکگلخوشهای به ترتیب 100، 25 و 25 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین زیستتوده گیاهان پوششی (530 گرم در متر مربع) در تیمار تککشتی چاودار و کمترین زیستتوده گیاهان پوششی در تککشتی ماشکگلخوشهای و کشت مخلوط ماشکگلخوشهای+ خلر (به ترتیب 5/85 و 6/91 گرم در متر مربع) در زمان خاتمه دادن به رشد گیاهان پوششی بهدست آمد. همچنین نتایج مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که بیشترین ماده آلی(53/0 درصد) و جمعیت میکروبی خاک (2600000 عدد در گرم) از تیمار کشت مخلوط چاودار+ خلر+ ماشکگل-خوشهای بهدست آمد. ماده آلی خاک در مقایسه با تیمار کنترل بدون گیاه پوششی در کشت مخلوط چاودار+ ماشکگلخوشهای + خلر 3/11 درصد افزایش داشت. بیشترین تعداد کرمهای خاکی براساس نتایج بدست آمده به تیمار تککشتی چاودار تعلق داشت. بطور متوسط کرمهای خاکی در کل تیمارهای گیاهان پوششی نسبت به کنترل بدون گیاه پوششی 5/80 درصد افزایش نشان داد. همچنین کمترین میزان جرم مخصوص ظاهری خاک مربوط به تیمار کشت مخلوط چاودار+ ماشکگلخوشهای 01/1 گرم بر سانتیمتر مکعب بود. جرم مخصوص ظاهری خاک در کشت مخلوط چاودار+ خلر نسبت به تیمار کنترل 17/6 درصد کاهش یافت. گیاهان پوششی زمان لازم برای نفوذ آب به خاک را کاهش داد. کمترین زمان لازم برای نفوذ آب به خاک در حین و خاتمه رشد گیاهان پوششی بهترتیب از تیمارهای تککشتی ماشکگلخوشهای 39/8 ثانیه و کشت مخلوط چاودار+ خلر 99/4 ثانیه بهدست آمد. نتیجهگیری: گیاهان پوششی چه بهصورت تککشتی و یا مخلوط حتی در یک فصل رشد خصوصیات فیزیکی و زیستی خاک را بهبود بخشید. چاودار و ماشکگلخوشهای در کشت مخلوط دوگانه و سهگانه بیشترین تأثیر را داشت.واژه کلیدی: جمعیت میکروبی خاک، زیستتوده گیاهان پوششی، سلامت خاک، کربن آلی خاک، کرمهای خاکی.
