The cultivation of Canola and Sugar beet is on the rise because of compatibility in diverse climatic conditions. The purpose of this study is to check events micromorphological characteristics Canola and Sugar beet cultivation under the same climate regime.Materials and methods: The study area is located in the west southern of Nahavand in Hamadan province. Eight profiles were dug in the study area and soil samples were collected as disturbed and undisturbed. Physical and chemical characteristics analyzed. 17 thin sections of undistributed clods of 12 different horizons were prepared. Micromorphological descriptions were made according to Stoops guidline.Results: Soil samples were classified to Entisols and Inceptisols orders based on their micro/macro-morphological, physical and chemical characteristics according to key of soil taxonomy. Cation exchange capacity mean in sugar beet culture were achived around 18 and in canola cultivation equal to 35Cmolc/kg. Organic matter return is affected on CEC value. Organic matter content in canola culture more caculated than sugare beet cultivation, too. The micromorphological results showed that micro structures are massive and platy in surface soils horizons while in subsurface horizons were converted to sub-angular blocky and angular blocky to crumb for Sugar beet and Canola, respectively. Microstructures have more developed in Canola rather than Sugar beet cultivation. The results demonstrated that the most voids in thin sections of Canola culture were consisting of channeles and chumber voids with more extending planner voids and in the canola cultivation channels voids more observed than sugare beet culture. Vesicles and Vughs were observed as common voids in Sugar beet cultivation.The distribution pattern in all thin section is predominantly close–open porphyric. The common observed b-fabric in all thin sections was crystallitic form and in some case detected as unspecified. Filling by Fe, Mn, calcite, and plant residues, Fe/Mn and calcite nodules in soil matrix, and also their coatings and hypo-coatings were main pedofeatures in thin sections. Root residues showed more expansion and depth in Canola culture compared to Sugar beet.Conclusion: Results of physico-chemical properties showed that in general, both plants have had substantial role in soil alteration; but the canola plants have developed soils predominantly. Micromorphology results as a reliable technique in assessing exact soil forming factors by plants confirm this subject.}, keywords = {Pedofeature,Voids,Gyan}, title_fa = {بررسی برخی عوارض میکروسکوپی در کشت‌‌های طولانی مدت کلزا و چغندرقند}, abstract_fa = {سابقه تحقیق و هدف: تغییر پوشش گیاهی و نوع پوشش اراضی می‌تواند اندازه، شکل و اتصال حفره‌ها را تغییر دهد و بر ساختمان‌های میکروسکوپی اثر بگذارد. کشت کلزا و چغندرقند به دلیل سازگاری در شرایط متنوع اقلیمی، در حال افزایش می‌باشد. بنابراین، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی خصوصیات میکرومورفولوژی ‌خاک‌های تحت کشت‌ بیست ساله کلزا و چغندرقند با رژیم رطوبتی زریک در محل مطالعه بود.مواد و روشها: منطقه مورد مطالعه در جنوب غربی شهرستان نهاوند، استان همدان واقع شده است. هشت خاک‌رخ در منطقه مورد مطالعه حفر و نمونه‌ها، به صورت دست‌خورده و دست‌نخورده جمع‌آوری شد. ویژگی‌های فیزیکوشیمیایی آنها اندازه‌گیری شد. 17 مقطع از کلوخه‌های دست نخورده، از 12 افق‌ مختلف آماده شد. تشریح میکروسکوپی براساس راهنمای استوپس (2003) صورت گرفت.نتایج: خاک‌های مذکور بر اساس ویژگیهای ماکرو/میکرومورفولوژیکی، فیزیکی و شیمیایی، در راسته اینسپتی‌سولز و انتی‌سولز طبقه‌بندی شدند. خاک‌های زیر کشت چغندرقند، دارای میانگین ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی حدود 18، و کشت کلزا با میانگین ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی حدود 35 سانتی‌مول (+) بر کیلوگرم اندازه‌گیری شد. بازگشت مواد آلی بر میزان CEC خاک اثرگذار است. محتوی مواد آلی برآورد شده در کشت کلزا نیز نسبت به چغندرقند بیشتر بدست آمد. نتایج میکرومورفولوژی نشان داد که ساختمان‌های میکروسکوپی در افق‌های سطحی کشت چغندرقند، تود‌ه‌ای و صفحه‌ای و در افق زیرین بلوکی نیمه‌زاویه‌دار و در کشت کلزا به بلوکی زاویه‌دار و حتی اسفنجی تبدیل می‌شود. ساختمان‌های میکروسکوپی در کشت کلزا نسبت به چغندرقند از تکامل بالاتری برخوردار است. نتایج مطالعات نشان داد که عمده حفرات در مقاطع کشت کلزا شامل کانال و حجره‌ای بوده و مقدار حفره‌های کانالی آن نسبت به کشت چغندرقند ببیشتر است. حفرات در کشت چغندرقند از نوع صفحه ای، وزیکول و وگ بود. الگوی توزیع در تمام مقاطع پورفیریک است. بی‌فابریک عمده در تمامی مقاطع به صورت کریستالیتیک و برخی موارد نامشخص مشاهده شد. از پدیده‌های خاکساخت در این مقاطع می‌توان به پرشدگی حفرات توسط ترکیبات آهن، منگنز، کربنات‌های ثانویه و بقایای ریشه گیاه و وجود نودول‌های آهن، منگنز و کربنات‌ها در گراندمس خاک، هایپوکوتینگ و کوتینگ‌های آنها اشاره کرد. بقایای ریشه در کشت کلزا نسبت به کشت چغندرقند بیشتر و تا عمق بیشتری مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری کلی: نتایج بررسی‌های خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی و میکرومورفولوژی نشان داد که به طور کل هر دو گیاه در تغییرات عوارض میکروسکوپی خاک نقش عمده‌ای داشته، اما نقش گیاه کلزا نسبت به چغندرقند برجسته‌تر است. نتایج میکرومورفولوژی به عنوان یک تکنیک مطمئن در بررسی دقیق نوع عوامل خاکسازی توسط گیاه، این مورد را تایید می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {پدیده‌ خاکساز,حفره‌ها,گیان}, url = {https://jwsc.gau.ac.ir/article_3983.html}, eprint = {https://jwsc.gau.ac.ir/article_3983_27aaf386e515d65aa73b21abc7c2d002.pdf} }
