So, these properties can be predicted usefully using easily available data. Soil cation exchange capacity (CEC) is a vital indicator of soil fertility and pollutant sequestration capacity. Soil hydrodynamic properties drive the flow of water in the soil-plant-atmosphere system, and hence control processes such as aquifer recharge or nutrient fluxes between soil and vegetation. Knowledge of soil hydrodynamics is important for modeling physical processes related to soil water content. Despite great advances in measurement methods, it is still difficult to determine soil hydraulic properties accurately, especially for undisturbed soils and in the dry range. However, the measurement of the soil hydraulic properties and CEC is time-consuming, labor-intensive and expensive. That is why, the present study aimed to develop pedotransfer functions (PTFs) for the estimation of field capacity (FC), permanent wilting point (PWP), and CEC of the soils of Guilan province. Materials and Methods: Study area is located in south of Guilan Province, Gilevan region, northern Iran. The climate is aridic. The annual precipitation is 245 mm, and the average temperature is 18 °C. A total of 240 soil samples from 0-30 cm layer of this region were collected. Then, both difficulty and easily available properties such as clay, sand and silt percent, CaCO3, organic matter, bulk density and gypsum were measured. The first step for using statistical methods is to study the normality of data. In order to know whether the data were normal, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. Data were divided into two groups of test (%25) and train (%75). This division carried out in such a way that statistical characteristics of two groups such as minimum, maximum, standard deviation, etc. were similar. Then regression and artifitial neural network (ANN) models set on training data. For prevention of error in ANN process, data converted in standard scale from 0.1 to 0.9. Multi-layer percepteron, feed forward backpropagation, and Levenberg-Marquardt functions were used for extension of ANN. Relative root mean square error (RMSE), determination coefficient (R2) and model efficiency factor (MEF) criteria were used for evaluation of models. Results: In regression analysis, for CEC, clay and organic matter percent, in FC moisture content, clay, silt as well as bulk density, and for PWP, clay percent showed significant effects in created models. Coefficients of determination in created linear models for CEC, FC and PWP were 0.72, 0.84 and 0.73, respectively.While these coefficients for non-linear models were 0.78, 0.87 and 0.74 for CEC, FC and PWP, respectively. The best PTFs for prediction of difficulty available properties in ANN obtained by multi-layer perceptron model with 2 hidden layers, 8 neurons for FC and PWP, 6 neurons for CEC and considering all inputs. Coefficients of determination for CEC, FC and PWP were 0.98, 0.99 and 0.98, respectively. ANNs designed for prediction of difficulty available properties with inputs include soil easily available properties that have the most sensitivity coefficient with difficulty available property. Test results of these models were similarity non-linear regression models. The results of models compared with test data showed that the models obtained from ANNs were more accurate than the regression model. Conclusion: In regression method, non-linear models for prediction of soil difficulty available properties were more accurate than linear models. In ANNs, models with inputs including all of the soil easily available properties were more accurate than models with inputs include soil easily available properties that have the most sensitivity coefficient with difficulty available property.}, keywords = {Artificial neural network,Difficulty available properties,Guilan,Regression,Soil pedotransfer functions}, title_fa = {اشتقاق توابع انتقالی مناسب برای برآورد برخی ویژگی‎های دیریافت خاک}, abstract_fa = {سابقه و هدف: اندازه‌گیری مستقیم برخی خواص خاک ممکن است مشکل، هزینه‌بر و وقت‌گیر باشد. بنابراین این خواص می‌توانند به اسانی از داده‌های زودیافت تخمین زده شوند. ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی یک شاخص مهم حاصل‌خیزی و ظرفیت ذخیره آلاینده‌ها در خاک می‌باشد. ویژگی‌های هیدرودینامیکی خاک تعیین کننده جریان آب در خاک-گیاه- اتمسفر بوده که کنترل کننده فرآیندهایی مانند تغذیه آبی و جریان عناصر مغذی بین خاک و پوشش گیاهی می‌باشد. شناخت خواص هیدرودینامیک خاک برای مدلسازی فرآیندهای فیزیکی مربوط به ذخیره رطوبت خاک دارای اهمیت است. علی‌رغم پیشرفت‌های زیاد در روش‌های اندازه‌گیری، تعیین دقیق خواص هیدرولیکی خاک بخصوص برای خاک‌های دست‌نخورده و در محدوده خشک منحنی رطوبتی همچنان مشکل است. همچنین اندازه‌گیری خواص هیدرولیکی و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک زمان‌بر، مشکل و پر‌هزینه است. به همین دلیل، این مطالعه سعی در توسعه توابع انتقالی مناسب برای تخمین رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی، نقطه پژمردگی دایم و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی خاک‌های نواحی جنوب استان گیلان دارد. مواد و روش‌ها: محدوده مورد مطالعه درمنطقه گیلوان در جنوب استان گیلان واقع شده است. اقلیم منطقه اریدیک بوده، بارندگی سالیانه 245 میلی‌متر و میانگین درجه حرارت 18 درجه سانتی‌گراد است. 240 نمونه خاک از لایه 0 تا 30 سانتی‌متری جمع آوری شد. سپس خواصی چون رس، شن و سیلت، آهک، مواد آلی، جرم مخصوص ظاهری و گچ اندازه‌گیری شدند. اولین مرحله در مطالعات آماری بررسی نرمال بودن داده‌ها است. برای تعیین نرمال بودن داده‌ها ازآزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف استفاده شد. داده‌ها به دو دسته آزمون (25%) و آموزش (75%) تقسیم شدند. این تقسیم‌بندی به گونه‌ای انجام گرفت که ویژگی‌های آماری هر دو گروه مثل حداقل، حداکثر، انحراف معیار و ... یکسان باشند. سپس مدل‌های رگرسیون و شبکه عصبی بر داده‌های آموزش اعمال شد. برای جلوگیری از خطا در فرآیندهای شبکه عصبی، داده‌ها به مقیاس استاندارد از 1/0 تا 9/0 تبدیل شد. توابع پرسپترون چند لایه، پس انتشار، و لونبرگ-مارکواردت برای توسعه شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی توسعه یافت. برای ارزیابی مدلها از معیارهای RMSE، R2، و MEF استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: در تجزیه رگرسیون، برای ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی، درصد رس و ماده‌آلی، برای مقدار ظرفیت زراعی، رس، سیلت و جرم مخصوص ظاهری و برای نقطه پژمردگی دایم، درصد رس دارای تأثیر معنادار در مدل‌های توسعه یافته بودند. ضرایب تبیین در مدل‌های رگرسیون ایجاد شده برای ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی، ظرفیت زراعی و نقطه پژمردگی دایم به ترتیب برای خطی 72/0، 84/0 و 73/0 و غیرخطی 78/0، 87/0 و 74/0 بودند. بهترین توابع انتقالی توسعه یافته برای خواص دیر یافت در شبکه عصبی مصنوعی از مدل پرسپترون چندلایه با 2 لایه پنهان، 8 نرون برای ظرفیت زراعی و پژمردگی و 6 نرون برای ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی با در نظر گرفتن همه ورودی‌ها بدست آمد. ضریب تبیین برای ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی 98/0، رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی 99/0 و رطوبت نقطه پژمردگی دائم 98/0 بود. مدل‌های شبکه عصبی برای تعیین خواص دیریافت با ورودی از داده‌های زودیافت که دارای بیشترین ضریب حساسیت بودند، طراحی شدند. نتایج این مدل‌ها شبیه به مدل‌های رگرسیون غیرخطی بود. نتایج در استفاده از داده‌های آزمون، نشان داد که مدل‌های بدست آمده از شبکه‌های عصبی با ورودی شامل همه داده‌های زودیافت دقیق‌تر از مدل‌های رگرسیون بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در روش رگرسیون، مدل‌های غیرخطی برای پیش‌بینی خواص دیریافت دقیق‌تر از مدل‌های خطی بودند. در شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی مدل‌هایی با تمام ورودی‌های زودیافت دقیق‌تر از مدل‌هایی بودند که شامل ورودی‌های زودیافت که دارای بیشترین ضریب حساسیت بودند. در صورتی‌که تعداد داده‌های زودیافت ورودی کافی نباشند مدل‌های رگرسیونی می‌توانند دقت قابل قبولی داشته باشند. اما اگر این داده‌ها کافی باشند شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی دقت بیشتری خواهند داشت. دقت شبکه‌های عصبی با کاهش پارامترهای ورودی کاهش می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {توابع انتقالی خاک,شبکه عصبی مصنوعی,رگرسیون,ویژگی‎های دیریافت,گیلان}, url = {https://jwsc.gau.ac.ir/article_3286.html}, eprint = {https://jwsc.gau.ac.ir/article_3286_b4d279c4e5ee4e716eeae391e7d0d400.pdf} }
